I think the ease of ordering online and product info is great. But I do feel the shipping costs are really high.

The shipping seems a bit expensive. Had to make a quick call to get some tips on ordering on the site.

System did not recognize my current access and did not supply a password reset link. The request was sent and I waited over 10 minutes to receive the link. since the link never arrived, I processed the order as a guest and was unable to have the company account billed.

I order a sample of this book back on 8/23/17 under order #*******. The order is not showing on my account and I have never received the sample. I have email confirmations from the initial order.

In ordering, your site says download yet I am answering questions on shipping. Your options on the type of company are two vague. We are a non-profit, the only option you show for non-profit is religious and non-profit. I choose misc.
We are a non-profit and are exempt from sales tax, however there is no way to indicate that.

I was hard to upload my files for the personalization; I couldn't find instructions on what the perferred size was so I couldn't easily fit the logo in the provided area.

there was a $10 off in my cart then it was gone when i went to check out. tried to resolve issue with one of your customer service agents. they didn't help.

Receiving a discount for early renewal was great but then when you are hit with a large amount for shipping, it really cancels out the discount!

I had to re-do the order 4 times. The option of personalizing the items was a little confusing because of the black/ blue ink. I thought I had to choose the color ink on the brochure. When really I had to choose the none option. Customer service was very helpful.

We don't understand why your shipping charge is the same whether ground or overnight. Too expensive for shipping charges for ground delivery.

I could not personalization an organizer when I was in the shopping cart so I had to delete it from my order. I am not sure if it is my PC or the website

The website will not let me enter a P.O. Box for the billing address. I know the shopping address can't have a PO box but why have a separate billing address if it won't let me edit it? Also, the computation for the discount and shipping were not as expected. Thank you.

Got error regarding connection. kept having to say check connection for purchase to finally go through

The first time I put order through it timed out and I had to re-enter my credit card information. Other than that, it was good.

when using the pull down menu to look for the Desktop 2017 it only showed the 2016 software. I had to search for the 2017 desktop version to order.

Re-order form is not user friendly. I started over about 10 times before getting it to work correctly.
