Tried to do this order yesterday, but kept getting error messages. No one was available to explain what was wrong or how to correct. Entered same info today and it worked. Wasted a lot of time yesterday.
I think the ease of ordering online and product info is great. But I do feel the shipping costs are really high.

The website will not let me enter a P.O. Box for the billing address. I know the shopping address can't have a PO box but why have a separate billing address if it won't let me edit it? Also, the computation for the discount and shipping were not as expected. Thank you.

when using the pull down menu to look for the Desktop 2017 it only showed the 2016 software. I had to search for the 2017 desktop version to order.
Re-order form is not user friendly. I started over about 10 times before getting it to work correctly.
