GreaterGood has always provided excellent customer service during the times we've been members donating monthly, and also when we only made 1x donations. They identify a variety of heartbreaking situations around the globe and provide a multitude of ways to donate and support. We are all accountable for not taking action to help those in need, and GreaterGood gives us the ability.
I purchased a large $80 Dogfather windbreaker to go with a large $22 Dogfather t-shirt. The windbreaker was considerably smaller than a large. I requested an exchange and was told NO. Buried deep in the product description was a statement All Sales Final. You wouldn't know to click on every radial to view this bogus policy for an expensive clothing item. It was a gift! Sizing was off and I should be able to get the proper size. Shame on this company.
UPDATE They did get back to me after this review.
I noticed recurring charges from Greater Good on my credit card. I have contacted the company several times via their email requesting explanation of what the money's going for and requesting donation receipts. I have yet to receive a meaningful reply. Just auto responses without information.
After my review a rep reached out to me. She was admitted the service i received was suppar, but she was able to find me a pair of boots in the size I wanted and is mailing them to me at no cost. The effort was appreciated...
My son ordered me a pair of boots for Christmas and he accidentally ordered the wrong size. When I called about exchanging them the woman I spoke to was rude and seem disinterested in helping me. The boots I wanted were still on sale and they had the size I needed in stock however. So I returned them on my dime. And I waited for two weeks when I finally called and asked where my replacement pair were. Again the man on the phone was rude and just as disinterested. He stated the boots were now suddenly out of stock so they just had refunded the money. I notice now the boots are double the price and all the sizes are now marked out of stock. So much for my christmas present. Worst customer service ever. They are just downright rude and make no effort to try to resolve any issues..
OK stuff but don't expect to return if you don't want it. I bought something for $40 and then wanted to return it. This place does not provide return labels. The cost of mailing the shoes back was $16 so it made the "return" promise meaningless because the cost was prohibitive.
Hello, I was wondering what to do about a garment that I bought which raveled up when I washed it the first time. I'm a bit disappointed. I bought the hooded sweatshirt with the sun stitched on it, and the chain stitch of the sun came apart. Washed according to instructions, and not put in the dryer. Please advise.
Seems to have white uncolored streaks down arms. Doesnt look like the tye dye. Like someone laid bleach filled shoe laces down arms of it. Did anybody get sun hoody that looks this way, Doesn't look bad but not like my orange one.
