In my opinion, Graze is a great choice for anyone looking to improve their snack game and enjoy healthy, delicious options. The variety of options is impressive, with something for everyone, from sweet treats to savory options. I love that they have sample products for a very low price. The delivery was OK - for me.
I used to buy one of their snacks for a few years regularly but no more after this disappointing experience. Found a pretty big piece of cardboard in a package so sent an email asking how to replace it. A member of the customer service team asked me to send back at my own cost and they would offer some goodies to cover the postage. I questioned them why I should be losing money when it's not my error and spending my own time to go to the post office. Then finally they sent me an envelope with a stamp on. I sent it back a few weeks later. No update for a month since. I chased them and finally they admitted that the cardboard came from their product from packaging and they offered me to replace the item, plus one extra packet. The whole experience was painful and no, when they don't value clients I would never buy or order anything again from this company, never.
I was told the first box was free, so I ordered one as well as an 8 box for a little later in October. But a couple days later I went to purchase something on a different website and my card kept declining. When I checked my bank account, I went from $34 to $1. I am NOT happy about your false advertising.
You better hope your snacks are perfection, because that was not cool!^
So far, almost everything I've received from Graze has been delicious. However, for the portion of each snack within the box, it's just not worth the price for me. I enjoy having healthy snacks at my fingertips, but can just as easily make my own similar snacks for a lot less money.
I don't care for the email based customer service. I feel like conflict resolution would be better facilitated by a phone conversation.
For being an up and coming company their customer service is mediocre. Maybe Amazon has just spoiled me, but I expected more.
I find the user interface underwhelming too. If I pick a subcategory of snacks but change my mind, I have to re-enter all my preferences. That is miserably time consuming especially considering you want me to rate every delivery.
I'm trying to get through prepping for a professional exam. I will be parting with the service once I have more time to devote to nutrition after the exam.

I got this thinking it was a good idea and a way to get new snacks. The snack packages are small, and not very good. Also the website makes you commit to ordering a week and a half in advance. Everything else on the internet is moving to 2 day notice, why so far in advance. Feels like they are trying to jam their customers with food they dont want.
Hi Elliott,
Thanks for your feedback.
Although we take payment for boxes about a week in advance of their scheduled delivery week, there's certainly no commitment, and you can cancel your orders whenever you like.
Please feel free to reach out to the team at hi@graze.com if we can be of any assistance at all.
The snacks I've tried are p gross, nutritionally meh (a lot of sugar in a lot of them), and return policy is bad (you can't). One good thing is quick customer service.
Hi Grace,
Thanks for your review.
I'm sorry to hear that our snacks weren't quite right for you.
Sugar is a hot topic in the graze kitchen right now, and we're working hard to reduce the amount we use. I'd recommend keeping an eye on our website so you can see what kind of snacks we've been busy creating recently:)
Unfortunately we can't accept returns due to the perishable nature of our snacks, but we always do our best to help our grazers with any problems. It sounds like you've already been in touch with our customer service team, but please do email again if there's anything else we can lend a hand with.
The snacks are priorly proportioned and range from meh to good in taste. Many are right around the 100 calorie mark. For me, they are too sugary - the dried fruit is super sweet - so not what I was looking for.
There aren't a lot of options if you have dietary restrictions and unfortunately after eating a raw food bar I experienced a contact allergy that led to a 2 week bout with a hugely swollen lip. I have no food allergies - confirmed with testing post allergy - so there was something in the prep process that was pretty caustic.
I signed up for the vegan snack pack that I get every two weeks. I was happily snacking along for a few months, when one of the packages contained 2 peculiar items that were labeled as having honey. This caught me by surprise and I double checked my subscription was the vegan option, and it was. I contacted Graze and they said they I was signed up for the vegan package but thought I may want to try snacks with honey. HONEY IS NOT VEGAN AND HAS NO BUSINESS BEING SHIPPED IN A VEGAN SUBSCRIPTION. There were no outside ratings of items that were non-vegan that would have indicated that a a vegan like myself would have wanted non-vegan items.
I reached out to vegans on social media about this and putting non-vegan items in the vegan subscription is a regular practice with Graze. This has turned off a lot of vegans who decided to drop the subscription and has deterred others from trying it.
The trust I had in Graze has been damaged and I am also on the fence about continuing.
Hi Nett,
Thanks for your review.
I'm really sorry to hear that you received some snacks in your graze boxes that weren't vegan-friendly.
Please be assured that we always double check your ratings before deciding which snacks to send you, and will never send a snack that you've asked us to exclude.
However, even once a food preference filter has been applied to an account - such as the vegan filter - it is possible for grazers to then rate one of the snacks in this category positively again. If this happens, the snack can be included in your boxes.
It looks like this is what happened on this occasion, and I'm really sorry if it wasn't clear that some non-vegan snacks might be sent to you. I can see a member of our customer service team has already been in touch with you about this, but if you have any further questions at all, please don't hesitate to send us another email - we'll be really happy to help out some more.
Thank you!
I got an email that they were stopping the subscription service in my area (north FL), but I'm seeing that many have received the same message all over the country. The messaging should have been more honest and provide clarification on how their products will be available in the future.
I joined graze a few months ago, since someone sent me a gift box. There is a wide selection of snacks, but they're not particularly packed with nutritional value. I also think they're way too expensive. I do like the portion control aspect of graze. However, I will probably be cancelling my subscription soon.
Loved the snacks but when one of my sharing boxes did not get delivered they never answered my 5 emails sent requesting them to track it or replace it. No response after many emails. So after having them for two years I'm sorry to say I have to cancel
I liked only 2 snacks but they kept send in the same snacks over and over and over again and I got tired of those snacks
When ordering they say it will be shipped fedex. Couldnt ever track it. UPS tracked it for me. Still didnt get here on time. Got a note saying it was at the post office. Went and picked it up and it had a big hole in the top of the box. I cant get a straight answer from them. After all the money Ive spent youd think things would have been strained out. Will cancel any further orders.
Although the prices were fair, the products weren't very good. The recipes were lazy. I don't want a cookie and a teabag for a snack. I can buy big bags of craisins and pretzels on my own and mix them together for much less money. It was mostly trail mixes or granola bars and they weren't very exciting. If I'm going to pay for snack delivery, I want it to be something interesting and delicious that I couldn't get in a store for a reasonable price.
The only thing keeping this from being a five star review is the lack of options that don't contain raisins. If you mark too many items as disliked you get a box full of multiples of the same item, but I'm really not crazy about most dried fruit. I'm cancelling my subscription because I'm sick of the 20 or so options I do like.
The snacks are pretty good. I've rated and rejected certain boxes and have received them again anyway. I clicked on the calorie boxes expecting to receive them repeatedly but only got one. I DO NOT LIKE that the boxes are addressed to me or resident. The box has been stolen off my porch and there's nothing to do about it.
The product is to small of a portion size and not desirable opinions for kids taste buds. Way over priced for what you received
The idea of graze is great but it isn't working out real well for me. To start with, they can't seem to get the hang of my tastes and I'm not sure they are really trying. Each box contains maybe two snacks I am actually excited about, four I will eat because I've already paid for them, and two I have to give away. I've marked so many with "love" that you would think they would show up again, but they don't. It has been 3 months. Maybe soon.
The shipping is also a problem. They are sent the slowest possible method and I have no idea when they will show up. It is often a week and a half. Then they are delivered to the front office, not my apartment, so I have to rush home from work to catch them before they close. And without a traching number I often have to do this several times before actually receive it.
That said, I haven't brought myself to quit yet. I like the idea and keep hoping they will get it someday.
First I will start with the positive. Graze offers a variety of tasty snacks. With that being said, the price is high for the amount of food you receive.
I have subscribed to the bi-weekly service. To my dismay, I did not receive a box on one of my scheduled weeks. When I attempted to notify the company online, it kicked me into this loop that kept telling me to "see if delivery happened tomorrow" and then contact them. Finally I elected to email customer service. Their initial response indicated that I was confused about the delivery process and should just wait for delivery (even though it was nearly a week overdue). After a few emails, my money was refunded (for that box only). I thought I may still receive the box or that they would want to send me something to make it right but no such luck. I just received another email that said my box must have gotten lost in transit but my money was already refunded so they were not taking any additional action.
I plan to cancel the service this week. I simply do not feel as if Graze values their customers in the slightest.

My Graze boxes often have two to three really tasty snacks and then five to six things that sit on a fringe of between just down right not great or uninteresting to just bleh. I believe in the company and its commitment to great quality but often times cannot find the value in the box. I have received over 5 boxes and have only really loved a couple snacks.
I signed up for this because I got a free trial for $1 and I thought it was once a month. Instead I'm getting this seems like every few days LOL, each box being $13.99! They are just dried fruit and nut snacks. It's nice and all but I don't need overpriced little packages of snacks. I have 3 boxes now in a pile and can't eat that much in THREE MONTHS. What's worse, is I called their phone number, and they DON'T TAKE CALLS. I don't have an order number so it won't let me use the contact form on the website. I've emailed them which isn't comforting. Meanwhile, I'm probably going to get yet ANOTHER box and get charged another $14 for little boxes of dried stuff I don't want. Just on CUSTOMER SERVICE OPTIONS ALONE, I give this service a thumbs down.
Hi Stephanie,
Thanks for the feedback - I'm sorry to hear that you appear to be receiving more boxes than you expected!
We don't offer telephone support, but the team here at graze get back to all queries via email as quickly as we can.
We can be reached at hi@graze.com at any time, and I hope we'll be able to resolve this asap for you :)
It's to expensive for the amount you're receiving and some of them leave a bad taste in my mouth. I will no longer be continuing with Graze.

It seems as if I/2 to 2/3 of each box contains nuts. I enjoy the dried fruits and crackers, but please, stop sending nuts!
I'm sorry - I have to write a reveiw for this. The snacks are very bland. Healthy is a good thing, but truly the snacks are not good. Also - they send a box each week! Too much! Very hard to cancel. After I canceled, they said oops, another order already has come through our kitchen so we are sending it, and more or less, we have to pay for it. Do not recommend.
Hi Janet,
I'm really sorry to hear that you didn't enjoy the snacks we sent you. We're always on the hunt for exciting new flavors and ingredients to use, so if you have any suggestions as to how we could make our range more suited to your tastes, we'd welcome your thoughts!
We do offer bi-weekly and monthly subscriptions as well, so I apologize if you had any trouble setting this up. It sounds like you've already been in touch with our customer service team, but please don't hesitate to send another email if there's anything further we can help with.

Since 2008, seven friends (and a few helpers!) have been reinventing snacking, one delicious nibble at a time.
We all love food and wanted to get a lot more out of our snacking. So we started inventing snacks that showed off health's more pleasurable side, and working on the best way to get them to busy foodies like us.
We've now catered to over 5,000,000 grazers across both sides of the pond (graze USA est. 2013) - and as of summer 2015, we're in shops in the UK too!
Aside from snacks, we're also proud founders of our very own charity. We're passionate about where food comes from, including the impact on the people involved. When graze was started, so was the graze School of Farming, made to support and develop a sustainable farming community in rural Uganda.
Hi Destiny, Thanks for your message.
We're sorry to hear about some confusion with your order, however I understand our Customer Service team have confirmed that only a $1 payment was billed to you for the shipping of your first box, as confirmed with your order.
We'd recommend checking with your bank about any further charge, as at present this appears to be unrelated - although please don't hesitate to let us know if we can assist you further!
