“Great choice”

In my opinion, Graze is a great choice for anyone looking to improve their snack game and enjoy healthy, delicious options. The variety of options is impressive, with something for everyone, from sweet treats to savory options. I love that they have sample products for a very low price. The delivery was OK - for me.

“Cardboard in the package”

Sho K.
2/1/23

I used to buy one of their snacks for a few years regularly but no more after this disappointing experience. Found a pretty big piece of cardboard in a package so sent an email asking how to replace it. A member of the customer service team asked me to send back at my own cost and they would offer some goodies to cover the postage. I questioned them why I should be losing money when it's not my error and spending my own time to go to the post office. Then finally they sent me an envelope with a stamp on. I sent it back a few weeks later. No update for a month since. I chased them and finally they admitted that the cardboard came from their product from packaging and they offered me to replace the item, plus one extra packet. The whole experience was painful and no, when they don't value clients I would never buy or order anything again from this company, never.

I got a free box from my university but I had to put my banking details in order to get the nuts.
They took me 7€ and after complaining several times and after talking to the manager nothing changed. 7€ for a bunch of nuts. Disgusted

Along with just about everyone - I really really really hate these companies that get your bank details so they can stick their hands in whenever they like - and they market themselves as giving you the option to try them - BEFORE you make any commitment. I speak for everyone I have ever met and discussed this principle - or lack of - with.

Giving one's bank details - ie access to personal funds - generally hard earned and honestly earned in decent humans' books - in return for a bunch of snacks is not a 'free trial or a free box or a free anything'; it is precisely the antithesis of 'free'. Your wording should say ' give us access to your bank - unlimited - and we will chuck some nuts your way - IF you're lucky'... (According to some reviews if it does land, it's an erratic and random and not even particularly nice experience if you do get them... for many they don't even deliver yet they remove funds...)

I even read one that said Graze had managed to procure funds from an account from a person who had never even signed up.

Does that not say it ALL. With cherries on the top?

This lot need to come with a massive warning, closed down maybe...

The best review I read said nothing of what the stuff actually tastes like; if you read the reviews they generally focus on the haphazard and useless service, no phone lines, erratic funds withdrawn, alarming scammers basically.

If you're going to offer a free box - then give the customer what you say you are giving - on the advertising. Give them a free box to taste - and then - and only then ask them if they wish to set up a free for all access to their bank accounts.

I can't be bothered to go to Trading Standards yet - but will do soon I think. This lot have to be a US company, stooping this low to trick and deceive...

What is should say loud and clear is -'greedy multinational corp in the making yet we act like one already - we're gonna stick our big greedy hands into your account and you'll be begging and screaming and dying of frustration trying to cancel your sub - (oh sorry did we forget to mention TOO that we're a subscription service you can never get away from and we don't do phone or customer service) - in return for a box of quasi-healthy stuff you'd probably never go near if we hadn't lured you in by this total scam'. That's a bit wordy - maybe they should just shut down but before they do that - spend a lot of time reimbursing people: not just the people who they did rip off - but all the people who spend their precious time reading the 'free box' nonsense - and who then spend more time going on to their website to claim their 'free' box. Yes - even those of us who thankfully were spared the sleepless nights of this lot having access to your account - even we are concerned that companies who lure in customers via subscription services - are in existence! It's called having a basic moral compass and no dollar signs in your eyes.

And the marketing. The number of trees this company must have chopped down. Years now - it's been - that those annoying coupons fall out... Of every magazine and envelope - out they fall...

Never received products yet they charged my credit card every week. When i finally realized what was happening they refused to refund my money. I never got their snacks yet paid over 100.00 dollars. The delivery company they use is a freight company with no tracking information. How convenient. No telephone customer service. Save yourself aggravation and buy your snacks at whole foods

Almost got sucked into the free sample offer, I filled out the online application until I go to credit card information. I stopped and read the terms and conditions and basically saw that subscribers give up all of their rights. Alarms in my head went off and I started reading the reviews... YIKES! That's too bad, their concept could have worked if they put the customer first.

Hi Wayne, thanks for your review. We're sorry to hear that you've changed your mind about giving graze a try. We require a payment card to be used upon signing up as it prevents the misuse of our introductory free box offer. A recurring order is set up with this offer is redeemed, but rest assured the order can be cancelled whenever you like. If you wanted us to automatically stop sending boxes after your sampler, all you need to do is send us an email to hi@graze.com, after you place your order. You can also find cancellation instructions in the help section of our website: us.help.graze.com. If you have any questions or need a hand with anything at all, feel free to drop our team a line at hi@graze.com.

I got the free one that they sent to me and I it was not that good and it is super small. For $13 dollars you can buy a lot of snacks at the store, just saying. I immediately put my account so they would not deliver the next box but I am still being charred every week and I haven't even received any snacks. I still haven't heard back from them yet. They make it really hard to know how to stop sending them when you sign up even though they say you can stop any time.

Hi Braden - we're sorry to hear that you were unexpectedly charged. I can see that you have been in touch with our customer service team directly who have been able to assist with this via email. It's always possible to cancel a graze subscription, as long as this is completed before the cut off time of your next box. Cancellation instructions can be found on the help section of our website or we can always help directly by email.

Just because it's coloured green doesn't mean it is environmentally friendly. £2 for a handful of nuts or two biscuits and a tea bag. We will need another planet if we produce this much rubbish, perhaps we could join the one you're on!

I've heard of Graze, but I've never once signed up to receive a box. However money was taken out of my account, I've been ignored several times. Quite annoyed how did they get my details and take out money? I haven't even received anything from them so not sure why money has been taken out?

Looked over the offerings, and decided I can't eat it... I'm on a keto diet, and all were too high in carbs. I told the helper who was helping me "i can't eat any of this" so i stopped choosing. So i guess she put my order in anyway for a weekly box... 13.95 for at least $3.00 worth of product. First box arrived with no invoice... a real con job! Now a week later another. Didn't anyone teach you folks how important customer satisfaction is? You just don't care... want to rip off as much as you can. Stay away!

Hi Mary, thanks for taking the time to leave your review.

I'm sorry for any confusion regarding your order with us. Our customer service team wouldn't have added an order to your account without your permission, but we are more than happy to cancel recurring orders on request.

It may also help to know that we don't include invoices in our boxes, although all box information, including charges, can be viewed on your graze account at any time.

As it sounds as though you do have an active subscription with us, I would advise reaching out to our team at hi@graze.com. From here, we'll be able to cancel your orders and assist further.

I made an initial payment and received their box of nuts etc. As I did not care for the eats I tried to stop any further payments but found nothing on their web site to enable me to discontinue my membership - no phone number, no address and a "no reply" email. I was therefor forced to instruct my bank to refuse any further debits from Graze. I do think that all web sites should have a telephone number and/or an address for communications.

Hi Alistair,

My name is Amy and I work for graze.com.

I'm really sorry to hear you had trouble cancelling your order.

There's no commitment needed with us; we're happy for our grazers to come and go as and when they need their snacks, so the option to cancel is always available from your deliveries page.

You can find illustrated instructions on how to do this in our FAQs here:

www.graze.com/uk/help/faqs

Or, by all means drop us an email instead, and we can arrange things for you - you can reach us at getintouch@graze.com, or hello@graze.com. We also include a contact link at the bottom of each page of our website and each email we send, which you can use instead if you prefer.

I hope this helps you to get in touch with us about this, so that we can help you with your order.

Please do let us know if there is any more we could do too.

All the best,

Amy

I cancelled this service as I felt the price was too high for the product received. First, I had a difficult time cancelling and received 3 boxes after I had done so. Of course, I was charged for them and, upon sending them back unopened, return to sender, was informed I could not receive a refund as "Each box is specially made for you" and they have USPS "dispose of them" Apparently, it is too hard to open the boxes, remove the prepared snacks, and place them in another box. Such a rip-off! Do not recommend!

Thumbnail of user risau1
Michelle V. – Graze Rep

Hi Beth,

I'm really sorry to hear that you had some trouble cancelling your order.

Unfortunately we can't accept returned boxes for refunds - due to the perishable nature of our snacks we can't re-use them in other boxes, and any undelivered boxes are destroyed by USPS before they reach us.

We want our grazers to be able to cancel at any time, so if there are ever any issues with cancelling we'll always be happy to help via email. If you haven't already been in touch with our customer service team, please feel free to send an email to hi@graze.com so that we can assist with this - thank you!

I had set my account to receive boxes once a month and then all of a sudden, I was getting a box a week of their overpriced snacks. They do not send you a confirmation of any changes to your account so you have no recourse to get a refund. It's your word against theirs.

In addition, I find their website very difficult to use. And I agree with the other comments that you should be able to rank the snacks in a manner that actually directs them to send you snacks you prefer instead of what they want you to try.

And to the "Starving Student", if you can afford Graze Snacks, you're not starving and have more money to waste than most. There are cheaper, just as wholesome snacks you can buy.

Yet another business who pays spammers to send their unwanted, un- asked for ads to all ill gotten addresses the spammers have. I for one will NEVER do business wityh any company who employs these annoying tactics. I have never asked for any info... yet this week I have to delete everyday from 1 hell of an annoying spammer who sends ads by the dozen daily. These companys need to know when unwanted spam ads come. That company is on most peoples DO NOT use list...

Hi Robert,

I'm really sorry to hear that you found our snacks to be a little small and on the expensive side, and that you had some trouble cancelling your order.

Each snack pack is intended to be a balanced portion, which should be just enough to keep you going between meals, but we appreciate the feedback - I can certainly share your thoughts with our snack team!

In the meantime, I'd like to assure you that it's definitely possible to cancel your subscription completely. We've included step-by-step instructions in our FAQs and you can find these here:

When I received my first (free) box, i was very disappointed in the amount and quality of product. I specifically asked for a "nut-oriented" box, but received one package w/nuts and the rest were croutons and some other trail mix concoctions. I bought one more box just to make sure that I gave this company a chance and the same thing happened. This truly is not worth the money. For what you pay, you can go to your local supermarket or health food store and make your money much further. Also, the taste leaves a lot to be desired, as it is not fresh. Buyer beware! Don't waste your $$$$.

Hi Bendetta,

Thanks so much for your feedback, though I'm really sorry to hear that we've let you down.

I'd really like to look into this for you and see why your boxes weren't to your liking and check on your snack ratings. I sent you a private message, but if you don't mind, can you please get in touch with me at hi@graze.com with the subject line 'ATTN: SITEJABBER'? This way, I'll be able to locate your account and help get to the bottom of this.

I look forward to your email, Bendetta.

I consider myself a savvy internet person. I really wanted to like this -delivery snack idea. I admit it I put in my credit card info, and when I realized that I could not choose the items I wanted to try, I tried to cancel. YOU CAN"T!. I did a screen capture of the cancelation, but it still hit my Credit card. I did not do a dispute over the 6.99. I did cancel my card with the help of my Credit card company.

Hi Anita,

Thanks for your review. It's great to hear you liked the idea of grazing, but we're really sorry there was some confusion with your order.

You certainly can cancel your order with us at any stage. For reference, we include our instructions here: www.graze.com/us/faqs

As we prepare and sent out boxes up to a week in advance of when they are delivered, there is a cut-off time for when a cancellation will affect the next box. It could be that there was already a box on the way to you when this cancellation completed. However we'd really like to check on this for you so that we can set your mind at ease about what happened - when you receive this, please email us at hi@graze.com and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.

We'll also be able to help out with some advice on getting the snacks you'd like most in your boxes, if you'd like to try us again. Although we don't take specific orders, there is a lot of control available.

I hope we hear from you soon.

I PLACED THE ORDER ON 15TH JULY 2017 At 8pm AND TRIED TO CANCEL ON 16th JULY 2017, JUST WITH IN 12 HOURS AND FAR EARLIER THEIR CUT OFF POINT AND THEY REFUSED AND REPORTED TO THE CREDIT CARD AUTHORITIES. NEITHER I WILL NOT RECOMMEND TO ANY BODY NOR I WILL PLACE THE ORDER IN FUTURE.

Hi Surrinder,

I'm really sorry to hear that you had some trouble with your graze order. We don't offer telephone support at this time, but please be assured that we do our absolute best to reply to every email we receive as quickly as we can - usually within 24 hours during the week.

Although it's not possible to cancel shop orders once they've been confirmed, there is a window of opportunity to cancel subscription deliveries before they are prepared. We include step-by-step instructions in our FAQs, to try and make the process as simple as possible:

First, let me say that Graze does have a lot of snack options to choose from, however, since I am a VERY picky eater most of them I do not like. I think it is good that they have healthy options and I like healthy foods but not the combinations and flavors they offer. I tried them and wasnt a fan so I attempted to contact them to tell them not to send me anymore snacks. The ONLY way to contact them is through email which they dont answer. I am still waiting for a response to my cancellation and they sent another box anyway. I will not be recommending them to anyone because their customer service is the absolute worst I have ever heard of.

Business History

Since 2008, seven friends (and a few helpers!) have been reinventing snacking, one delicious nibble at a time.

We all love food and wanted to get a lot more out of our snacking. So we started inventing snacks that showed off health's more pleasurable side, and working on the best way to get them to busy foodies like us.

We've now catered to over 5,000,000 grazers across both sides of the pond (graze USA est. 2013) - and as of summer 2015, we're in shops in the UK too!

Aside from snacks, we're also proud founders of our very own charity. We're passionate about where food comes from, including the impact on the people involved. When graze was started, so was the graze School of Farming, made to support and develop a sustainable farming community in rural Uganda.
