I bought these shoes because of what the ad stated, I even spoke to them on the phone with them telling me there the best shoe I told them I work at Lowes and on my feet for 8 hours they said yes they will be great for me, I received the right size and width I wore them and they killed my feet I spent 155.00 on them tried wearing them a few times but each time I had to run home foe my old Nike's which feel great for all day standing, I am pass the 30 day return so Im stuck with these awful shoes, I do NOT recommend them at all. Back to a shoe store for nikes and wasted 155.00.
Purchased a $160 pair of running shoes while on a trip and was told I had 30 days to return them. As I live out of the state purchased I emailed the company requesting return and was told to contact the store in Rancho Mirage, CA. I did this and was told to return the shoes to the company in Pacoima, CA. All receipts and request for refund enclosed and I have confirmation the shoes were received June 30th. I have received nothing to date and cannot find a human to answer the phone. Joan Sheehan
They come apart at seams with in three months of buying and can't return after 30 days, and your feet end up hurting so not a good shoe at all! Don't waste your Money!
Was exited to get them because of major foot isuues and pain. Bought 3 pairs and found that they had absolutely NOT SUPPORT, your foot goes from one side or the other when you walk, so you risk falling. What a waste.
Plus they don't tell you that if you return them, which I did right away, they will not refund you for 30 DAYS. STAY AWAY!
I recently bought a pair of Women's G-Defy Extora II Athletic Shoes; I have suffered from heel spurs and plantar fasciitis for years. I work for a local professional sports team so I spend a lot of time standing and walking - up to 10 hours a day per event. The next day I would be so crippled up that I could barely get out of bed. Two weeks ago I purchased my first pair of Gravity Defyer's and I worked two 10 hour days back to back. First I was impressed that after the first day I could get out of bed without pain; but knew I had another full day to go... This morning when I got up after standing all day and walking over 4 miles-I had no limp, no pain! I plan on buying a second pair to wear everyday!
I bought 2 pairs of shoes. The first pair is more comfortable than most shoes I own, however the laces only lasted a month before they split apart. Luckily they send you a second pair of laces, which are holding as of now. I bought a second pair of shoes, however at the time of my purchase they did not have a wide option. I thought I would give them a try because, depending on the shoe, I can sometimes wear a "normal" width. They were too narrow. I sent them back a couple of days after receiving them. I have called 4 times to check on the status of my return since they were delivered on 7/27/21. I initially emailed with no response. I then called, only to be told the return would process soon. I called on 7/30/21,8/4/21, and 8/7/21. The person I talked to on the August 7 finally put in an urgent refund request to have the case closed in 24-48 hours. It has now been almost 72 hours and I still have not received any indication that the return was even processed. The return is not even showing on my account with the seller as of today. Please note, no one ever responded to my original email on 7/30/21 until I called on 8/7/21. I have not received any correspondence since despite trying to get a hold of someone.
I ordered a pair in July, with promo code MR6CKD5, and found I needed a larger size, so completed the return/replace info with the understanding it could take 30 days. That was August 4 and to date I've not received my replacement pair.
I ordered a pair of G-Defy Super Walk Black/Purple in a size 8 but they were to small so I returned them for a 8.5. They were on back order for 4months so I didn't get the replacement pair until February. I tried them on and they fit ok but I don't wear tennis shoes in the winter so they have been sitting in the box until mid April when the weather was nice enough to wear them so now I am passed my 30 day trial to return them. ANYWAY THEY SUCK! The right shoe pops loudly from the heal with every step and the left squeak's so I am walking rhythm. Also they aren't really that comfortable but I've tried wearing them for a cpl days at a time to see if the pops and squeaks stop and if I get used to them - NOPE! I've had the worst shin splints... maybe that's the idea, my shins hurt so I forget that my feet hurt!? GARBAGE - not even going to turn them into yard shoes they are so bad.
Sorry, not a review. I want to thank all who have purchased and sent in reviews. They certainly helped me decide whether or not to purchase for myself. I believe I will pass on this one. Thank you.
I have had a pair for over 4yrs. Just received my new ones can't wait to get to walking!By the way both pairs were Orion.
Wear them everyday since I retired 2+ years ago have had them longer than that. I also wear them to exercise class and wonder when they are going to wear out. Thinking about buying another pair just for backup although they are still in great shape.
Bad fabric. Shoes have holes inside after 2 months running. I tried exchange but costumer service is very bad. They just ignore. I am Waiting 1year already. Poor quality
Not happy with this shoe, Its a shoes and does NOT provide and comfort. Lousy Customer Service too. Save your money, you can get a better show at Sam's Club for more than half the price!
We couldn't wear them. They were hard to walk in and fell apart. For $100 shoes they are crap. Sorry. Lots of hype and marketing with poor quality. We want our money back.
I purchased a pair of gdefy work boots for a price of $200.00 plus $30.00 for shipping plus $27.00 exchange. Now I need to spend another $32.82 to send them back. When I checked the inside of both boots I noticed that the inside of the boots at the back part of the heel was worn through the cloth part with the white plastic exposed. These crooks sent me a pair of used boots, and insisted they where new. I sent pictures of the inside of the heel and they claimed I was sending pictures of worn athletic shoes. Their management would not believe me.In fact they were very difficult and couldn'tcare less about my problem. Do not buy this junk, you will get scammed.
I purchased gravity defyer sneakers exclusively for several years, and they were fantastic! Had a big walking trip planned and purchased a new pair two months in advance to make sure I had them ready to go.
Wearing them on the long walking trip, my skin on my pinky toe was burning and in terrible pain. Stopped at the first aid station along the way, and they bandaged up my foot and said that, something in the sneaker was causing the damage. Finding out later on the sneaker was defective with some weird stitching going on. I wrote the company, and because I purchased from a catalog or not through their website directly, they would not help me replace the sneakers! The representative told me they would get back to me within 48 hours. They never did. I called again. Same story. Nobody returns calls and when you get someone on an email they tell you they won't help you because you didn't purchase it directly from them. At that price point, if they can't provide fantastic, customer service, or replace a defective product, I advise against purchasing.
It's been 2 day's that I am wearing them only while at work and my plantar fasciitis and heal spurs on both feet are about 50% better. Do they need time to break them in?
Absolutely OUTSTANDING! I wear these for 12 hours a day! NEVER a PROBLEM! I can keep up with the group! The issues I had BEFORE wearing them? You could just FORGET IT! I SWEAR by these being the BEST!
I ALWAYS wear a women's size 11 in every other brand, but the Gdefy shoes came and are so small that I can't even get my custom orthotics inserted into them (clearly their sizing is wrong). They claim to have a 60-day no pain returns and exchange policy, yet refused to exchange for the correct size (they only make women's sizes up to 11 so I would have to go to a men's 10 for the equivalent of a women's 11 1/2) and for some absurd reason they will not exchange women's shoes for men's sizes even though I wanted the same exact shoe just half a size up! The extremely curt representative said I would have to refund (and it would take 30 days to go back on my credit, plus I would have to buy a new pair, but I bought the original unworn pair with holiday promotions they then refused to apply to the new pair. When I asked to speak with a supervisor I was told it would be 3-7 days until I would receive a callback. Only then did I search reviews on the company to learn the owner of the company is being sued for false claims about their shoes and tons of negative reviews about their customer service. BUYER BEWARE!
I won't bad mouth the company, but I am on my feet 6-8 hours a day and my feet hurt afterwards, I also have heel spurs. A friend told me about these and gave me a flyer and it sounded really good. I looked online and decided to try the GDefy Extora ll because it said they helped with ALL foot pain NOT! I expected to feel the heel kind of bounce (I guess) since there was a spring, I expected not to feel my feet hit the floor; but that's definitely not what I experienced! I wore these today for 6 hours, by the time I got home, my feet and especially my heels were hurting. They are heavy and feel like Herman Munster shoes, they made me sound like I was stomping even when I tried to walk softly. The upper "leather" is so stiff that it rubbed my ankles and caused them to get sore and swell, my feet feel very tired after wearing them for so long. I would not recommend this brand, but the others might be ok. I however have decided not to bother trying another expensive pair because I don't want to go through this again; I am returning them for a refund and sincerely hope I don't have all the troubles others have had with theirs. I am glad to read that there are those who have had great results with their chosen shoes! I guess we just never know until we try them right? :)
After 15 months the right heel is clicking. I figure i come down harder on the right heel than i do the left. Buying a pair of showers every year beats hip replacement surgery.
Answer: Send them back using their label or a FedEx or Ups label. But keep proof and request the delivery company to send you proof they received it. I still have not received acknowledgement, a refund, or responses to 2 emails to customer service.
