What a joke, 23 phone calls in 48 hours, each. And. Every. Single. One. From a different number. Tried multiple times, with multiple different agents to cancel my account and they absolutely REFUSED. I complained about the amount of calls i receive to which your customer service person told me "we cant guarantee the details weren't shared, it would not be us calling". I dont know whats worse, that the information was sold, or that it is indeed them calling? Def doesnt make me impressed when a company explicitly tells you your information has been shared which is why you are receiving calls every 30 minutes. FROM DIFFERENT NUMBERS. I have had to hang up on 3 different people as they all refused to assist me in cancelling my account and when i finally got through to support chat, was told they cant help without an ID number. Anyway, avoid at all costs unless you'd like your phone to ring NON STOP trying to get you to make payment, yeah because im definitely going to supply my credit card details to a company that just admitted they shared my details?

Yeah all going great, lots of red flags but returns through bitcoin arbitrage was impressive. Almost at the end of the first month then after weeks of education around stop losses and technical levels on charts my advisor David Hunt then suggested we put 90% of my money into all these random trades, foolishly I followed the advice. Blew up 95% of my money in 24hrs - US$13,000 gone. His reply was "time to invest more money" and " This happens to 0.1% of clients". He basically had no idea what he was doing and pretended to consult his software to advise on trades. Then he basically said "that ship has sailed" when I asked to withdraw my remaining US$800.00. Then said your out of my portfolio and ring the help desk. Withdrawing money is the catch here guys, yes they let you take out $100 to show how it works but the paperwork when you accept bonuses basically says its next to impossible to take out money. Tread with extreme caution and your better using a reputable broker. If it sounds to good to be true it usually is, follow your gut. They wanted me to invest $100,000 additional thank god I smelled a rat and didnt.

It is the biggest scam. They take your money and the they will call you 2-3 times and ask you to invest more money. And if you ask them to withdraw the funds. Then you will hear from you that those funds are not accessible to withdraw. Total scam going on…beware and save you hard earned money. They advise me that I can get all my money back in 10 day of initial investing. I asked them to return the money in 3 days no response. I called them after few day and they said, it can't be returned as 10 days have gone. Surreal.

They ask you to invest with $250 and show you what an arbitrage is then refund you about $80 and show you it's easy to get your money back but if you want to stop you cant have your money back. I wanted to see more so they said I could buy a $3k $5k or $10k-USD contract I got a 3k and they tell you you get a 12% return with arbitrage twice a week around $200usd each still telling you it's your money you can get it back at any time, once they do it for 2 weeks they want you to invest more if you say no I want my money back they say well that was a training contract too so you cant get that back or any money earnt because they forgot to tell you that it's a 0.5 bitcoin account so to unlock the account you have to have 1/2 a bitcoin to get your $3k back? So now if I want my $3k usd = $5k Australian I have to give then $25k " but that just goes into your account to unlock it then its refunded straight away hahaha bullsh1t your never giving my money back... this has been g. J King on for 4 months trying to get my money back but they keep saying different things but all for you to give them more money to unlock your acc which you will never get back
