Claim Your BusinessThis hotel is fantastic, it's had an issue regarding what you can wear for swimming, as a particular group from India like to swim wearing there underwear, so the hotel has tried to sort this, if they just spoke to the tour operators and asked them to pass on this is not allowed it would sort a lot of issues out, other than this the hotel is he bestie
Booked two rooms at the hotel August 8th through the agoda platform. Upon being shown our rooms I returned to reception requesting a cancellation and refund. A) The rooms were not hygieneically clean and unacceptable. There was a bad smell too. B) There was a large amount of trash thrown into a area just outside the block which looked disgusting and not what one would expect from a Hotel. C) while waiting in reception the amount of flies in the area was also unhygienic. I am here to warn people about the standards of the hotel, and intend to seek a full refund which appears at this moment not forrhcoming The receptionist indicated upon my complaint that I would be refunded, then said I had to contact agoda I have approached agoda and they are not at all helpful.
