Even though I pride myself in my writing skills, I have loved using Grammarly every day since installing it. It is like a boost of confidence when writing those important papers and the responses to requests for information. I think I've even learned a thing or two from Grammarly!
I really do love Grammarly, and it helps me in my calling as a Missionary in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Employment Services. Most of my work is done on resumes and cover letters for job applications. Grammarly helps me make sure spelling, grammar, etc., are good before anything is sent out to potential employers. I do understand that Grammarly needs to make money, but wish I could get more information without paying (I'm old and retired).
Superb assistant tool... extremely versatile and help iis always around..., whenever wherever you write rewrite, edit, or even edit mail meassages.
Saves format after editing an names it as such. Your original 'copy'remains viable if you still need it!
Very much looking forward for an added value: tTRANSLATION! ( at least on two or three more cardinal language starting by french. Opt for Premium worth it to the last penny... at least this is MY conviction. Billing receipts need a boost
I am really pleased with Grammarly. I have used this service for a few years. At first, I used the free version. Then I switched to the premium. I send out weekly prayer emails, and many times people would reach out to me asking if I needed help with grammar or one thing or the other. This got quite embarrassing. After switching to the premium, I have not had any complaints in the past two years.
Grammarly is a wonderful application, the way it works on my projects amazes me greatly, it is simply unbelievable!
It instantly corrects all of my grammar errors and checks for plagiarism with superb ease, in fact, it is the best proofreader I have ever used. As an author, I strongly recommend it for use to anyone who needs help in writing and of course, everyone does. To me, Grammarly is an "A" app.
Grammarly comes in handy. I send a lot of emails to many different people, and it's very helpful. My only complaint is the limit on allowed corrections/suggestions. The free version only allows you to use it 3 times a day. Any more than that and you'll need to purchase the upgrade. The organization that I work for doesn't have the budget for this, so I'm not able to upgrade beyond the free version.
I disagree with some of the changes suggested for my wording, but the punctuation suggestions are great. I'm learning a few things!
It's good. However, at times it tends to overcorrect using unnecessary hyphens between verbs and prepositions when it's understood, along with too many commas unneeded. The 'free service' may be a little bit robotic compared to the days when I learnt grammar at school and wrote essays or compositions in primary school back in the 1950s and 60s. I downloaded the free version of Grammarly more than a few months ago and I am very pleased with it. The program/app points out the many possible errors I have made, either by simple typing errors, misspellings, or poor word choices. I also like that the free version of Grammarly isn't perfect, whereas the paid-for versions may be. Due to my experience with the product, I have recommended Grammarly to friends and family.
I am using the free version and overall I am happy with it. The only reason I am giving it 4 stars is that on many occasions, it changed some sentence that was correct only to change it back again. This may be limited to the free version. Other than that, it has done a good job. I am especially pleased with certain autocorrect features where the spellings are mistyped and suggesting where to add commas etc. In many emails that I have written, there was a notification that the premium version had several recommendations but without one, I can't say what those suggested changes were.

I had semi-weak internet one time and it said that Grammarly was working, but it was giving me corrections where they weren't needed. It was clumping the words together and saying to space them out, but they were already spaced out. Grammarly does not work without the Internet, but there have been multiple times where I had a pretty good internet level and it still didn't work very well.

Great, the only problem I'm having is that sometimes I can't see the icon in places that I know grammarly works. For example: slack/google docs/etc.
Also, it doesn't work in Coda so that's sad (I don't mind it that much though)
I had a few cases where I wanted it to rephrase something and it didn't change anything (I wrote the text as I was thinking about it and had some repetitive parts)

Grammarly is very helpful! Grammarly rephrases and changes words necessarily. GrammarlyGO also makes me more productive, the AI works very well! The thing I adore about Grammarly is that they use emojis to make my experience with Grammarly better! Grammarly is overall a good app for everybody. But I don't when they keep pointing errors I have to change when I get Prenium.
It helps you to learn how to make your writing sharp. Sometimes if you axedently say me it might make it sharp and ask you if you want to change it to I it helps with many other things but this is the one I wanted to talk about today.-peytan
For the most part I've had a pretty pleasant experience with Grammarly. I have the free version, and it works for what I need it for. Sometimes the suggestions are not correct, but that is very rare and usually is because of an odd circumstance (i. E. a professor prefers an odd format for forum posts, or whatever). Over all, I recommend it. It gets the job done.
The free version is useful and catches small items quickly as I'm typing. And I write a lot. I do feel the Premium version is overpriced. If I could get reimbursed for the expense or my employer purchased the software then I'd definitely recommend it; however, in the current environment, I have to purchase all my authoring software and accessories myself without reimbursement so it just isn't viable at this time.
Tip for consumers:
It's not always accurate depending on the industry you work in so take advantage of the personal dictionary and build your own so it can learn (I think it was Grammarly but it might have been Google Docs idk [it does not recognize texting shorthand lol]).

I just love Grammarly. It always corrects you whenever you do any mistake whether it's related to punctuation, spelling, verbs, etc. Basically, Grammarly is your online teacher. And everyone should try it once.

I would recommend Grammarly to anyone who struggles with writing. I'm a writer and I use Grammarly to write all my emails and to proof my writing before I send it.

Your service it's very good and it helps a lot, however the premium version doesn't give many additional features and it's extremely expensive when you compare with other apps. I'm not talking about just English apps but in general. For instance, Netflix, Youtube, Adobe or google work all of them offer very good products for less money. Yes, your product is different but it's just too expensive
When I edit the clause in the editing window, some characters were gone and invisible and I have to click the green spot to shift me to the Grammarly environment.
This is very inconvenient.
And if I hold there very long, the Grammarly environment was gone and I lost everything I just have done.
But anyway, I appreciate your excellent product.

I am annoyed by the constant green icon in the way of what I am working on! And no, I am not going to upgrade this sentence, so you just have to understand English. I have no idea how to get rid of it, and I am cutting my costs right now, so I will not be upgrading at this time. I may cancel all together if you don't quit having flashy stuff all over. This app is great, it helps me with my schoolwork, especially LA. But sometimes when I click on the improvement it wants me to make, it can sometimes delete a few letters and the space from the word, and group 2 words together. Example: at one point I typed "really good" in a sentence and I clicked on the Grammarly improvement and all it did was what I described and it came out as reagood. Other than that, great app! If you could improve the problem, I will definitely change the rating to 5 stars!
