I am in charge of updating the wording for the help guides for my company's subscribers. Before submitting, I run them through Grammarly and love how I bring the score from the low 80's to a score a 95+! Thank you, Grammarly, for making it look like I paid attention in English class (just kidding) and for making me look so good!

I purchased Grammarly and immediately realized it wouldn't work for me. The initial document I needed to check was 735 pages in length and grammarly will only check 40 pages at a time (they state 60 but it could only check 40). Within 30 minutes of purchasing it I tried contacting the company through the support system and received an automated reply that they didn't issue refunds. I would be willing to pay for a month but would like the balance of the annual payment refunded. There is no option to speak with the billing department - either in person or by email. Additionally, I wasn't able to upload my receipt.

The premium version of Grammarly was so helpful to eradicate grammatical errors and improve technical writing for my master's thesis. Grammarly changed my life! It took my writing skills to the next level. I would say one should definitely take the premium version at least for a month once in a lifetime. I learnt a lot and now I can easily rectify all the grammatical errors and focus on proper sentence structures with no help.
Make sure you have proof of every interaction with Grammarly. Although, their terms and conditions state they can take away features and not refund any money, it has helped me with some of the fraudulent monthly charges. I paid my annual premium fee last year.

Grammarly has proven to be quite helpful in checking typos and other instances where one isn't 100% certain re: spelling and/or punctuation.
As a retired English teacher, I can say I wish this had been available to my students years ago.
I love that I can count on the grammar to work with whatever document I'm working on... simply it worked thanks much times for help Grammarly! Got better grades because of it lol sincerely vee.
I am using the free version and overall I am happy with it. The only reason I am giving it 4 stars is that on many occasions, it changed some sentence that was correct only to change it back again. This may be limited to the free version. Other than that, it has done a good job. I am especially pleased with certain autocorrect features where the spellings are mistyped and suggesting where to add commas etc. In many emails that I have written, there was a notification that the premium version had several recommendations but without one, I can't say what those suggested changes were.
