After miss understanding from both parts amended, I can now confirm that I'm satisfied overall with the writer and the company too.

If I could give zero stars, it would be zero. This place is a complete scam. I placed my order for an essay. I requested 12 hour turnaround. As soon as I got an elusive message in their "instant messaging" service that said,

Please be informed that we have received the payment for your order *******.
As we need to double check some details with you over the phone please tell us when it is convenient for you to receive a call or get back to us as soon as possible, otherwise, your order will be set ON HOLD

Had I not seen it or been notified otherwise, I would have missed the deadline leaving them to keep my money without providing service. Once I did see it I called them. I was transferred around & until I was connected with their customer service shift lead to "verify my billing information", even though I used PayPal. No need to verify billing information as it is directly paid via PayPal. When I questioned why she need to verify, I was told, "In case your information was stolen." There is no reason to verify payment information that has been already provided. I questioned her intentions & then she backed up to say that she was confused, the information didn't match. I told her to issue my refund immediately, she told me she couldn't. Luckily I used PayPal and have reported them. This is a scam and they were trying to garner personal information from me, in addition to attempting to take my money without providing product. Their customer service department is uneducated & combative. This speaks volumes to me about the kind of product I would have (or not as it would have been) received.

I paid good money for a paper that was unsalvagable. Both customer service and the writers are foreign. I believe they are all located in India. The paper I recieved could have easily been written by a 5th grade ESL student. I wasted time, but most importantly money. I ended up writing it myself and turning it in late for half credit. Long story short, do not give this company business. It's just another Scam to take money from Americans and produce garbage in return. This company should be paying us for giving them such a great opportunity to practice English. Also, don't even bother asking for your money back. An Indian will fight you to the death for a dollar. I've learned my lesson well.

They did exactly what was called for in the description that I gave them. It was well written and thought out and also provided examples. Such a different experience if to compare with the other reviews here, or it just a load of bollocks

I asked for a basic paper to be completed and the file they sent me was a complete copy of a document found on a tutoring website, down to the works cited and everything. Word for word. A quick google search turned up the document and I messaged them immediately that the paper was plagiarized. The response was awful and needless to say, I didn't get a refund. Even after providing the link and screenshots to the other website, they decided they could not find the match. They were rude and threatened to turn me in to my school for using them. Lucky for me I'm not a student and the paper wasn't for my class. Regardless, awful customer service, plagiarized papers, and no guarantee of getting your money if you are unhappy.

Tried several writing websites. Grademiners is hardly different from any of them. Sadly, many teachers dont care about what we write about in papers. Instead they are super strict on formatting and referencing. And learning the rules to referencing hard. So dont judge me for using these.

I have used this site in the past and the work has been ok. Recently, I submitted a text-in which I received a 40%-COMPLETELY failing-not even close to passing-and they have stalled and given me every reason why they will not refund my money. They said they made a decision as to my case, and the decision was "no refund". When the hell were they going to tell me? No one contacted me, and they have spent more time arguing with me about this then trying to help me! I will NEVER use them again!

This site is terrible!. I asked them to write a simple paper on living and working in Japan. They gave me a $#*!ty rushed paper with terrible grammar, improper use of words, and no transition from one topic to the next. The paper was jumbled. The paper seemed to be written by someone who just recently learned to write English. It was horrible. I've seen middle school kids who have written better papers. I contacted customer service about a refund, and they told me that they can only give me a 10% refund. I paid $76 for a piece of $#*! paper. And they said they can only give a 10% refund. Do not use their service. Be Warned! Do Not Use Their Service!
