The writer ignored instructions. I received a 0 on the paper and still have not received a refund.

Extremely disappointed with the refund policy for this company. The person they assigned to write my paper, "a top 10% person" I paid extra for, couldn't follow directions and in the end didn't even finish writing the paper. I filed a complaint and had to fight just for a 5% refund. So not only was my paper late, I had to finish writing it myself, and only got $15 of the $300 I spent refunded to me. I will never use this company again.

Horrible experience!
I was extremely ill so I decided to use this service. Paid $150. I was sent a nonsensical essay and the writer would not correct the many issues I encountered. I had to completely start from scratch and write an entire essay in 4 hours. The "money back guarantee" is a straight up lie, they would only give me 10% of my money back, and I have yet to receive it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I trusted them with my coursework, and they completely missed the deadline, disregarded the instructions of the coursework, the writer didn't have basic grammatical skills. I paid for top 10% writers with PhD, and received 10/100 and 5/100 on both of my orders. The company refuses to refund, after many correspondences, they only agreed to provide a 5% discount on my next order, which is clearly unfair. I will file disputes against their company accordingly.

It's not a company... lie land... the best place to get a whole bunch of lies... or zero's on your assignment

Very bad experience using "Grabmyessay" My essay was copied from another one and was just reworded, which i could have done myself for free. Also, the essay contained many errors, some sentences did not make any sense. They have a "money back guarantee", which is a lie. I was going back and forth with them and my problem was never solved. And they removed my writer's ID, i guess so i cannot write a review on him. I never going to use this company again and I DO NOT recommend this company to anyone!

I ordered 4 orders from these guys... 2 failed and 2 came extremely late. God work in mraculous ways, though. A friend recommended distinctionessays.com that delivered the two 10 page essays in 12 hours and saved me with the 96% and 89% respectively. I have moved, never to come back

These people are criminals. They said they were having a Ph. D. rewrite my essay, and it was beyond horrible. I don't even think the essay writer was a native English speaker. There were grammatical errors. I asked to have an essay for an app for an MA in clinical mental health counseling written and they wrote a term paper, and in it stated that I already am a mental health counselor. They got other facts wrong as well, and they changed the meaning of many of my sentences significantly. Other sentences just didn't make sense, again like the person wasn't even a native English speaker. Even the sentences that were actually correct English were boring, without any flair for good writing. And on top of that after I sent it back once they asked me for another chance, took 3 more days and sent me back the same essay! Don't go anywhere near this company!

I would like to add more complaints about this business. They have now sent me 2 revisions of the original horrible essay they wrote for me. The first revision they did was just as bad as the first, and the second was only slightly better. They guarantee to finish the paper within the time frame agreed upon, but they do not guarantee that they will give you an essay that is free of mistakes within that time. Our agreed time frame was seven days and it has been over two weeks since I ordered the original essay, and they still have only given me 3 different essays all of which have grammar errors and several sentences that use vocabulary words incorrectly or inappropriately. And they will not give me a refund for not giving me a mistake free paper within 7 days.
Furthermore, they claim that all of their writers are native English speakers. This is fraud. I will happily email you the essay they wrote for me if you want to read it and you can judge for yourself if it was written by a native English speaker. It was not.

This company preyed on unsuspecting students and ripped them off. It's a complete scam, don't waste your money. You'll end up not only losing money but also your time in dealing with the incompetent writers. After two weeks and $119.93 and three writers assigned to a 3-page essay, 12 hours past the deadline, I have received nothing, but with an added anxiety. The writer wasn't able to complete the paper due to the family issue. What the point of using their service if I can't get the paper on the deadline!

The email I've received from the support is "They will carefully check your instructions, comments and the paper provided by the writer. The procedure could take up to 72 hours, after that we will contact you with a resolution and discuss it with you."

I've been conned $119.93 by "grabmyessay"! Please refer to the uploaded picture. I'll keep you updated on the followup.

Title explains it all- complete rip off. Failed the paper. For your own sake, please do not use this "service". When they offered me to re-write it I declined; these frauds can barely make complete sentences. All the 5 star reviews below are clearly fake-- just check the grammar in all of them (its all the same). This was a horrible decision that I will have to live with. I may fail the course now even. Please, please, please stay away.

I asked questions before I PAYED. I never received my paper. I currently file a fraud complaint against this company. DO NOT TRUST THEM. They don't deserve half of the star.

I regret everything about this. I used this service because I had so many obligations at the same time. The first writer did not write the paper according to my topic. The second writer used 12 hours to write 300 words when I requested 550, and this was apparently set as "urgent". The whole thing took about 29 hours. I missed my deadline and every time I made contact with the support service all they could say was: "how much time can you give us?". When I gave them a time none of the writers did meet this deadline. I do not recommend this service at all.

FAILED every single paper they wrote. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! They reel you in with discount codes and do a terrible job with the papers. I will never trust this company again.

Although the paper was sent within the time required, it was very poor, it was not a master level as required, it was a bad bachelor level paper (it did not respect the guidelines I sent and the topic was badly explained). I had to send it to time for review, I did not have time to send it third time, because I had to hand it in, the quality was still poor. I failed the paper and have to retake the course. Do not use this service. I put only one star becasuse the site does not allow to put cero stars (on their site they dont post the negative reviews).

After this post, as requested in their response, I contacted with them and they said that they care for the customers and that they have made improvements to their services. They expected me to use their service again. I strongly recommend to not use this service, save yourself the bad experience

For the first time ever, due to some health problem I had no time and look to get help with my essay. I found this website and MY BIGGEST MISTAKE IN LIFE. They ruined the first work and when I got my result i failed thy said it is an unusual case, promised not happen again and offer me discount for another work which I become fool again and I trust them. They take around 1 month and did not still finish the work to the standard I want. Upgrde and the level was master but my course was below a master, still it fails. They are SCAM student stay away from them. They chat very polite and quick when you want to order but after they are like a robot and only say sorry

I used their service for 6 times for Master level. Although I choose top 10 writer, but seems that every time the writing is write by non-native English writer.

I fail twice and the rest of other four writing only obtain pass mark. So if you are planning to pay to obtain high grade, then this is not the right place for you.

Paid for three masters's level papers, they didn't address the assignment descriptions. They offered to revise, which of course the deadline is long passed by then. Then they offer "free" upgrades to compensate, which essentially means that things you should be getting in the first place, they will now do for free to make up for it.

I haven't even been offered the 10% refund like someone else. It was a complete waste.

They gave me work that seemed to have been written by non native American English speakers. I now use Pioneer Writers. Their services are the best.

Requested a simple one page essay. Sent topic with clear instructions on what needed to be included in paper. Supplied supporting documents. Requested US writer.
Received paper and it was clear that the writer was not from the US. Had a high school English teacher review the paper before I submitted. She instructed me to not turn it in. Said it was a poorly written essay without a clear thesis. Also, poor grammar and sentence structure.
I returned the paper to be revised with the teacher's mark ups. The revisions did not improve the content of the paper and I am not going to use this essay. Not trying to be critical but I paid them for the expertise in writing. Waste of money.

I have paid for 2 pages double space and with the unnecessary header, name, instructor, course, tutor, date which took up nearly 1/3 of the page so the total essay comes to only barely 1.5 pages. SCAM! The writing is simple and lack of complexity which provides no depth in all aspect. Even I can sense that when reading the paper, this paper will be one of those paper that would be tossed aside the first paragraph in. Customer service is also terrible.

I paid for a 2500 words essay at undergraduate level. I received a paper that contain many word for word plagiarism. I expressed my concerns and instructed them clearly, yet, I received a copy of different sources combine. Tried to get a refund, but they wouldn't let me and wanted me to do a revision. I asked for a revised paper 3 times! And the result was still a poor written paper.

Get ready to expect nothing. I had to request a revision due to incomplete sentences. Writer did know APA format and did not follow directions. The revision was poorly done so I asked for another writer. I then received a slightly improved document but had to spend hours on corrections. I would have sent it back but by that time the assignment was due. Poor selection of writers. Reis in customer service is useless.
