Returned an item following their instructions on their website. Sent proof of posting but they refuse to refund as it did not arrive and they have an approach which once you have complained they ignore you completelyand refuse to comment on the detail on their website. So no refund and no way of communicating. Should be called Ripoffnow.com. Their products are not great either.

, I have been waiting 4 months for a £10 refund. I have sent the parcel back twice, the first time it came back after a month with a (not at home) sticker on it, i have sent 2 proof of postage certificates to them all they keep on saying to me is they have not recieved anything.The second time i sent the parcel back i used the freepost form they sent me and they still say they have not recieved it.
I have retuned an item following the details on their website - including a returns address from their web site. The item has not arrived, I have sent proof of posting but they will not refund saying it is the wrong address. I got the address of their own website. It is unbelievaable.
