I ordered 3 Bronze Grab Bars on Friday and product was shipped on Monday. Received on time Friday by UPS and I love the Grab Bars perfect color and easy to install. Made in the USA much better product than local big stores.
Truly the most unprofessional customer service I have ever experienced. Actually, I did not receive any customer service at all. I paid $77 for 2-day shipping. It did not arrive in 2 days, but rather in nearly 4 days resulting in delays with my contractors. I called and was told that the order cut off time was 1PM M-F, which is not stated in the checkout area when you are ordering (for an online website it seems a gross lack of communication to have such an early cutoff window and not have that clearly stated in the ordering area). I called with my concerns about the delay and the "Customer Service Manager" Theresa laughed at me and hung up, never offering any apologies, simply telling me I was wrong and it was a joke to them as indicated by her mocking laughter. I then got an email from someone named Charles saying they were "too busy" and didn't have the "time to argue" about something stated in the Shipping FAQ on their website, as though I had all the time in the world to be dealing with the delays they caused. See screenshot of email. It was utterly insulting and I would never, ever use this company or these terrible people again.

This site makes you think they have a great selection. They do not. I think they order inventory based on what orders come in, causing big delays. I ordered on 8/1 and as of 8/9 my order still hadn't even gone out. I'm a builder and needed these for customers in a timely manner. They have missed the mark on all fronts. With all the delays they should have offered to pay for expedited shipping but never mentioned it. :(
We ordered two expensive TP holders from them that are too small to hold a standard roll of tissue. They sent us the specs, and the product was narrower than specified. When we called this to their attention, they would do nothing. They said we had to deal with the manufacturer directly; they assumed no responsibility and would not take the product back.
Don't buy from them; if you have a problem, they will not help.
I ordered white grab bars off the dropdown menu of their website, my receipt email said I ordered white grab bars they sent me stainless steel grab bars. I contacted Grab Bar Specialists for an exchange and they sent me an email stating it was my error that the grab bars were stainless because I put in the wrong item number (remember I just chose white off the drop down menu.) Long story short I returned the grab bars and they charged me a 25% restocking fee and scolded me about putting the wrong item number in my request although I just ordered off their drop down menu and my receipt said the grab bars would be white.
I hope they enjoy 25% I will be paying them for their mistake because they will never get any more of my money again. Stay away from this company.

This site has a super wide selection of grab bars and they really are grab bar specialists. I like how they have grab bars of every style you could possibly want and they also have different ways of mounting them to your bathroom or wall. Shipping was very fast and installing them was much easier than I had anticipated. I think anyone looking to install grab bars should look at this site before going to a hardware store and buying ugly grab bars.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Miserable company. Rude inflexible customer service. Poorly designed dangerous shower seat product. Most importantly they are just plain jerks.
