Newly trained people do your filing and they dont have any clue what they are doing. And their charges are very high in the market. Due to lack of experience, response to your simple trivial query will take ages as they do research and get back. I would recommend not to work with this company.
I wish I could give negative stars. Please stay away from this fraud company. They are total irresponsible and rude. They do not care once you have paid them the fees. In my case I paid the amount and then they filed my case with wrong details which was later rejected/denied by Income tax office. They I had to take help from other Good local company (HR block) and they filed it properly. When I asked GPT that refund my money back since you have not filed my tax, then they rudely denied it and said we did not do anything wrong and will not refund my money. Please stay away from such unprofessional company
The worst company for tax filing. They will regularly call and follow-up till you make payment. Once you do, they will NOT reply to your incessant calls and emails for clarifications on documents. They got my names wrong in the draft documents, like how incompetent can a person be to get that wrong from a W-2?
This company charged me 466$ to file my tax, they kept on calling me till i paid them the amount. Once i paid them the amount there was no response from them except for sending the draft tax filing report. Beware of this company and do not get in to the trap. They have no experience in US tax filing.

I have been filing tax returns with GPT over 3 years and working with Shahbaz. Till now i never had any issues with GPT while filling the tax returns. This year i applied ITIN also for my kids with GPT. The process of applying ITIN with GPT is so easy and fast. I would like to recommend, if anyone is looking for tax filling with minimal charge and transparent.
They are very nice while you are talking during filing the taxes. They will take an additional advantages and not going to help you.
They will answer all your questions and will provide you the best service possible. I ask questions even after the tax return period is over and they always respond back.
