Though the company is growing, strangely enough there is a lack of opportunities for the general employee population. Sales leadership specifically motivates through threats and scare tactics owning to a complete lack of knowledge of selling SaaS. The result is a very low morale work environment where reps lack mentorship, organizational support and personal or professional growth.

Be very careful with this company. They do an excellent job selling their platform. Once we signed up, we found the data to be lacking though. Within 60 days of singing up we tried to cancel the contract and were basically told that you signed the deal and now you have to pay, even though you aren't satisfied with the service.
My advice, don't accept just a demo. Make sure you get access to search what you want to see and not just what they want to show you and request a fully refundable 30 day cancellation period. If they're not confident enough in their service to stand behind it for 30 days, is it really something you want to invest in?
Don't make the same mistake as me. No unrestricted demo = no deal.
All these people do is waste your time and money while they do nothing good but ask so much from you and milk you till you run dry.
