Very helpful. Easy to use site. I received my results fast. They live up to everything they promise and I got my results in less than one hour! I looked at other sites and they wanted more money or wouldn't accept an American Express credit card. I would recommend to anyone who is in a rush to pay the extra price to have the reassurance that you will get your number in a timely fashion. I really don't understand the negative reviews because the site was easy to utilize and delivered what it promised within the hour.

This organization is terrible at providing the service that they represent. Spent several days trying to obtain an EIN number. Each conversation they said they would get back to me. After 4 days they finally got back to me explaining that nothing could be done until Monday. This after their site advertised that they could get it to me the same day. When I asked for refund they returned only half of my payment. My advice is make sure you are connected directly to IRS or SS as the need may be. Regrettable. Representative unduly surly. Stay away.

The representative completed the application over the phone wrong and now it's up to me to correct information with IRS which I think they should be responsible for correcting.

I had a horrible time trying to understand the agent. The agent told me the tax ID number was for an LLC and it was not. The paperwork I received had the LLC unchecked and stated it was not an LLC. So I paid 139.00 for nothing and I have to redo everything!

I was not satisfied that I Paid for a free service from the IRS, however I called
Customer service and My account should be refunded with 4 days.

I; m scared. I sent in my drivers license, much to my dismay to get a copy of my sons social security card. He is incarcerated and needs his copy right away. I could not find it in his wallet that he gave me when he went away. Please tell me you are a legit site?

I felt the delivery charges were outrageous and very deceiving, I almost paid $199 for an expedite delivery, instead I only took one upgrade delivery for next day $149 in exchange of the basic $99 but regardless I receive it immediately in my inbox, it really looks like a big scam to get more money for a delivery that doesn't cost a thing, very disappointing very fishy

Do not pay extra outrageous delivery money is all a big scam, you will get an electronic copy right away

Your customer service person was very pleasant but she didn't follow through & never called me back when I told her I was having trouble. I think your so called service is a con to get money out of people who aren't sure how to get the EIN number they need. I should have been informed I could get my # free from the IRS. I'm not happy with your con.

... yeah. Needed to apply for an EIN and I almost got fooled into this one. The site ends in. US which makes it look like a government site. The layout is VERY similar to the website you go to to apply for an EIN directly with the government. I finished the application and was very dissapointed to see that it would cost me 140$ to get an EIN. I abandonned the application and decided not to get one... and then found out that its actually free to get an EIN. Now very worried that this company has my social security number and all I know about them so far is that they clearly intend to deceive people into thinking they're services are required to receive an EIN... hope I dont get reamed on this one.

It seemed very easy and painless to complete the forms.
However, Since I received the first confirmation that my EIN number had been confirmed, I have received several emails warning me that I needed to finish registration by completing my electronic signature.
Now I am receiving emails telling me that my EIN is now blocked. In fact such an email is the one that I m responding to this survey from. Can you please make up your mind as to if it is completed or I need to make another electronic signature. Can someone there please make up their mind as to whether I am in good standing or not?
I have called the number and have gotten no response back.

Operator was polit. But I felt taken advantage of after I found out from an IRS employee that I could have gotten this FREE but wasn't given a choice. Yes I understand it is a business and you are out for the almighty dollar, but $99.00 for something that is free is a little far fetched. I wouldn't be so bothered about this had I been given a return phone call after I had called and left 3 messages. No return call, no email, no acknowledgment at all. Very very disheartening. I have my EI N but I had to call BBB and a few other people to make sure I wasn't being dooped. I am currently headed to my bank to make sure this company does not have any access to my bank account to wipe me out. I would not feel this way had someone in the company been decent enough to return a phone call or send an email. My rating would have been so much higher had more contact had been made after you state if there are any questions or if I have any problems to please call the company, obviously this is just read from a script and printed on your site to take up space and time.

Well to start you can do this yourself for FREE, again that is FREE, on the IRS website. You put the same information in and it is instant on the IRS website. Don't make the mistake I did by paying $150 for someone else to submit the form that I filled out online anyway.

Now this govsimplified does complete the service they promise and in a very timely manner. So I can't complain there. I am just mad at myself for spending unnecessary funds for this.
