I have taken Goutcure for many years, and it has kept me from having an attack. My joint pains have gone away.
I called customer service about an issue with the website and my order… no one ever called me back or followed up.
I have been using GC since 2000. Frustrated that they don't have a way for long term, repeat customers to order quicker. Every order is like your first time.
Why can't I register without going through AOL, Google, etc. I keep having to repeatedly order as a guest, I've been a regular user for 10 years or so.
We use Open ID Platform so customers can use their sign-in information from 4 main sources eliminating the need to have several different pass code information. Open ID is safe from hackers also.
Promoted by the non-profit OpenID Foundation, it allows users to be authenticated by co-operating sites using a third-party service, eliminating the need for webmasters to provide their own ad hoc login systems, and allowing users to log into multiple unrelated websites without having to have a separate identity and password for each, and allows a higher cyber security of customers information.
Same good product selection. Registering as a guest if not wanting to register through google, facebook, etc. was an unwelcome option.....but I guess that's
I am tired of this site always declining my credit card and I have to use paypal. My debit card works everywhere else but on this site!!!! :-( Your product is great and it helps my gout but you need to figure out why its declining debit cards.
The sign-in for registered user needs to be redesigned - after signing in with Yahoo, the user still needs to fill in more basic details such as addresses, phone no. etc...
After a customer registers with us using one of 4 ways the information will be stored for the next time they order and all of their information except credit card will be filled in. Plus the customer can see all past orders and use any past order to repeat the same selections. I have looked into our stored customer data base and do not see your information perhaps you did not hit the register button on the bottom right side of the sign up page?
You need to add a Sign In option. Shopping experience is OK but not up to par with the good value and effectiveness of your products.

right side of screen keeps showing yahoo live store , keeps going over the site annoying trying to navigate.
I tried to place an order in mid-December, but never got a confirmation email. I emailed this company to ask if my order had gone through, and never received a response.
The website is very informative. I am new to the gout experience and hoping your product will prevent me from future flare ups and stop current flare up I have now.
The service is ok, but the website is confusing. It looks like quite old... This is why it isn't comfortable to use it.

Thank you for taking the time to rate and comment about us! I am sorry for any trouble the new sign in area may have caused. We've had numerous requests to set up for a system that allows returning customers to create an account for easier checkout and access to their past orders. While it may be a pain initially, it will give you access to avoid putting in your information each and every order, as well as allow you to see what you have ordered in the past.
There is also a checkout option without having to register at all.

We current use an encrypted system for customers to keep their information for shipping and even the ability to look up past orders with a sign in through Aol, Google, Facebook, and Yahoo. I have been ordering the same product fr years...you should have a system where a client is on file and does not have to input the same info again and again and again....plus cheper shipping in Canada would be great or even free shipping

We are in the process of adding a customer sign in so your information is stored and you can see all past orders.
You need to calculate shipping before I submit the order. I clicked the 'apply' button for US Mail, but the shipping charges didn't show. I couldn't tell how much I was being charged for shipping until after I submitted my order.
Shipping charges can be seen in the cart or the shipping page, your zip code must be put in before shipping charges are shown.
Other than testimonials, I didn't find much about whether gout cure is replaced by glamorous or what was required. Seems to be a much more ridgit solution

Have been ordering their products now for a couple years for my husband, who has gout. This was the first time I experienced a wrong order. But they did fix it and made it right. Will be ordering again in the future for more products.
Your site won't remember my information so I always have to check out as a guest. When I try to check out AFTER FILLING ALL INFORMATION OUT CORRECTLY, it ALWAYS makes me start over ... it's a frustrating order form!
To sign in you need to have an OpenID account in Google, Yahoo, AOL, or Facebook otherwise you should place an order as a guest. Not sure why you have to start over at any point once in the secure area where your private information is entered you should never hit the back button on any site. If there was an error in one of more of the information required ( phone, address, e-mail etc.) all other areas collapse and only the areas in question remain open for corrections prior to submitting the order.
We use OpenID so customers do not have to remember a host of different passwords and can use one they already have in one of the account above. The OpenID is only used for registration and we do not have access to those accounts (Google, Yahoo, AOL, or Facebook) it is only used as a form of identification you can read more about OpenID here.
