I have taken Goutcure for many years, and it has kept me from having an attack. My joint pains have gone away.

You have a very confusing website. The first time through, selecting pay via PayPal led to a page not found error from Yahoo! Live Store although your system retained my shipping address. The second time through, I got an error saying my billing address information was missing. The input form elements for this information were not visible until after I deselected "PayPal" as a payment source.
The internet and servers up time is 99% but occasionally there are hiccups in computer communications. When you use PayPal on our website your order information has to be transfered to the PayPal server to get your account information and check your shipping information with what you have on file with PayPal, then back to our site and a glitch can happen at times and you end up with this type of issue. This has nothing to do with our site itself in is merely a computer miscommunication error that does happen from time to time especially at extreme high internet user times.
The product went from Chicago area to Wichita to Chicago and Wichita and then me at McPherson which is much closer to Wichita. That caused an extra 2 day delay. It was sent by USPS. Like product and customer service, but shipping stinks.
Thank you for taking the time to review. I wish we had any control over the transit of your package. Unfortunately, we were at the mercy of the US postal system's mishandling. In the future, please consider Fed Ex. Not only have they been more reliable, but we have great shipping costs with them, as well.

I use pay pal so I don't have to fill out all the requested information on every order. Other than that I am very satisfied with your products.

I can't believe how hard it was to use PayPal. I had to exit and reenter to make it work. I came within milliseconds from canceling my order, never to return.
That would be a internet communication issue not ours or PayPal's fault, sometimes even the fastest connections have a communication issue. Paypal is a separate company on their own server, it is used for customers who want to use their service which stores credit card information. For quick checkout one should use our Yahoo checkout which is extremely fast and secure and all credit card information is wiped out after 30 days to prevent hackers from gaining access to a customers credit card. That is one reason Yahoo has never been hacked for customer credit cards.
YOUR ORDERING SYSTEM IS POOR. THERE IS NO WHERE TO EDIT YOUR ORDER OTHER THEN STARTING OVER. EVERYTHING ON MY MAILING ADDRESS MATCHED OTHER THEN THE STATE WAS IN CAPS ON ONE SIDE AND LOWER CASE ON THE OTHER SIDE. CRAZY
If the Shipping and Billing address are the same only the shipping needs to be filled out. Both shipping and billing can always be edited without starting over prior to finishing the order. Only incorrect areas will show if there is an issue all other correct information will collapse and not need adjusting, so they do not show up which may have confused you thinking you had to start over again.
Every time I needed to make a correction it dropped my payment information and I needed to start over. Very frustrating.
For credit card fraud protection all required information must be put in prior to the credit card number, this is to protect your card information from being compromised and from stolen credit cards from being tested.

Perhaps you missed this that there is not only a page with shipping charges on it there is a button on the checkout page that says APPLY right where the shipping choice is made.
