• cooking techniques,
• diet choices,
• ingredients,
• Michelin recipes,
• courses,
• time the dish is appropriate to (from breakfast to Christmas),
• type of cuisine,
• and, of course, type of recipe (simple recipes, vegetarian, etc.)

In addition, you'll also learn additional things upon browsing through these categories. I really love going over this site. It even has an active community and it's just an addition spice to the greatness they already have. I'd wish them to keep improving and making stuff for us.

I just stumbled upon this site one day and it rekindled my long forgotten passion for cooking. I have been visiting this site ever since. What i like about this site is that the gourmet recipes are presented in a way that even beginners can easily follow.

This site appeals to the middling one because the layout is so simple yet easy to navigate. It has a timbre look that makes you feel well-informed.
The design and the colors of the images go together. Though, the only thing that could be changed with the links is the size and color of them. They are too small and do not stand out very much from the rest of the text. Try using bold colors with your links and perhaps add a little button graphics out of them.
But as I see it, I can tell that a lot of heart has gone into the creation of this site. Great job for everyone involved.

Being a health conscious person that my wife is, I often have a great problem in helping my wife out in the kitchen no matter how much I want to.
This website has offered me the opportunity to have my wife breathe from the cooking worries. It has got information from basic to advance and since they don't actually give tutorials but great information, tips and discussions, and helpful videos, I was spared from the learning confusion and boredom I would have felt from tutorials or classes. This website cuts to the chase and lets you try it on the real world. It made me capable of inventing and innovating in the kitchen because I already know the basics deeply and they're really inspiring in ways that makes me so grateful they brought out an inner chef I haven't known I had in me.
The best thing is that my wife's not bothered anymore because my cooking knowledge has already passed her taste, thus, cooking has become a new flavor to our relationship. We discuss and create dishes together and we seem to be enjoying it more and more.

Gourmet has a nice collection of recipes and cooking. For some dishes they even have very nice video tutorials. Unfortunately their collection is not really rich. What I miss at this web-site is step-by-step photos to accomplish the preparation instructions. Besides the way they group the dishes often puzzles me when I have some ingredients but I do not know what to cook of them yet.
