Had Got Print produce business cards and two-sided flyers. The flyers were printed with good quality but printed incorrectly---Got Print blamed us for the error and offered only a partial refund despite the evidence we provided. The business cards were awful -- poor print quality and cut lines showing despite providing a full bleed file. They blamed us again and offered only a partial refund. We had everything reprinted at Staples without issue (and lower cost).

I've used Got Print for various jobs and had very good luck until recently. My last order was completed and supposedly ready for shipping on March 28th. It's now April 14th and still no order. They don't really respond with any sense of empathy and such. They just use a canned message and blame us for choosing economy shipping. All my orders in the past used economy shipping and they got to me quickly. The package weighs less than a pound and they need 20+ days to get it to you after completion? Not to mention they charge $6.95 for shipping. I could have rode my bike to them and got these cards quicker. Probably another foreign company that is Nickle and diming to make bank on shipping charges. Right now it looks like I'm not getting the little order until April 21. My new staff have no business cards and all they do is send these defensive emails that sound as if an AI computer wrote them. Good Bye Got Print, Hello Staples! Or Vista Print, or Moo or any of the many online printers. Too bad, they used to be good and had efficient shipping. Now they are a joke.

Beware of their shipping policies and if you are on a deadline, do not use this company. Their customer service is abysmal.

Not fast at all, a week to print and another two weeks to ship. Really frustrating when the UPS can get something printed and ready faster then GotPrints. Imagine as a business getting outperformed by a government istatution…

After going through their process their small images should a lack of clarity in the words. I messaged the company asking if they could print one scan it and send it in a email so I could verify quality. They never addressed my concerns and just were unwilling to work with me in any kind of way. I ordered 500 business cards after trying to communicate and all attempts failed. When I got the cards in all the words were blurred and on some of the cards the cuts took off the first letter in some of the words or was up against the word. It looks as if they hand cut each card.

I have been ordering posters, banners, business cards, postcards and other items from a competitor for over 10 years but decided I wanted to have things printed in the USA so I tried GotPrint. I wasn't excited about how much their shipping was considering the cost of the poster that I ordered but I wanted to try them out. The next time I ordered was bad, it took over 10 days for shipping to arrive then it was the wrong size of poster. I should have know when they were on sale and I thought I ordered the correct size then I had a hard time getting into my account so I called and they said to get on their website but it would take 2 to 4 days for a response. So I did a chat seeing if I could get some help and same thing. I did open a ticket and told them how dissatisfied I was and they did actually email me back within 2 hours saying they would give me a $5 credit and I could put that toward my corrected order. Nothing about free shipping or anything, just that they were sorry I ordered the wrong size. This is the reason people don't want to buy or order from within! Very dissatisfied with the whole company. Find somewhere else to order from.

I was hopefull for this company. I needed more business cards, but my previous supplier went way up in price. I spent about two hours using their designer, only to find that my design wasn't saving, as well as other issues. I used their life chat option, which took about 15 minutes to contact with someone. When I finally connected, the rep seemed unknowledgeable, didn't listen very well to my concerns, and seemed completely unmotivated to help me. After a few minutes going back and forth without her actually answering my questions, she just stopped responding. I waited about 20 minutes, never responded. So I quit that chat and tried someone else. Mind you, I was not rude in any way to the rep, I always try to express value to employees who are helping me. Next rep came on a bit faster. She didn't listen very well either, but was better than the first one. She kept on telling me that there were options that simply weren't showing up on my end. Eventually she said I needed to switch from Edge (the only browser my computer can run on) to Firefox or Chrome, because it doesn't work well on Edge. Well that would have been nice if they let me know BEFORE I wasted about three hours on their site. She took gave very little indication that she was at all motivated to help me. No apologies for the difficulties, no offers to help or to escalate, she too stopped responding. I had no choice but to abandon my project and lose everything. I don't have this kind of time to waste on this kind of thing.

Tip for consumers:
My suggestion if you use these guys is to upload your own business card design, and don't expect much help from their chat

Ordered some business cards from here. The quality of the printing was bad. As someone who has previously worked at a printshop and knows what to expect - my printed cards from GotPrint was a big let down. The print was fuzzy and not crisp. It looks like my cards were printed on a plotter as opposed to an offset or a xerox / canon high volume image press (which most print shops have).
Ive been a graphic designer for 20 years and have worked at several printshop - i can assure u it wasnt a file setup issue. If u look at the photo, the halftones are HUGE - which implies either lower resolution or that plotter printer was used. Very disappointed.

Tip for consumers:
Goto a local printer in your city instead! I just wanted to try this service out. Ended up disappointed.

I re-ordered the same business cards I had printed by GotPrint last year. I did not change any of the parameters. However, the business cards I received this time were of terrible quality. They are PAPER THIN. Like copy paper thin. Are they doing this to cut costs? Did they thing we wouldn't notice? I'll never do business with them again!

1st time customer review.
I ordered 1000 business cards. My proof looked good...
My order came today. There is a "border" that i did not "create" on the bottom AND right side on the front.
The back has a border on the left side. If there was an issue, this should have been caught.
I called about the issue and was treated badly.
Lesson learned: you get what you pay for with companies like this.
One POSITIVE note: Production and Shipping time was decent...

While we are happy with the quality of the printing, this place is very unfriendly for resellers. We work with many clients and their resale program requires endless emails, confusing requirements, nothing like anything we have ever encountered before. For every other vendor, we provide a resale request, the tax is removed or refunded. After dozens of emails, we simply give up trying to resolve a resale order. They want us to use multiple accounts to separate resale from non-resale. Then a simple request to remove tax turns into a trip down the rabbit hole with endless, delayed replies and no resolution. If you are buying something that will be purchased on resale, be warned, in that regard, they are a nightmare. We suspect they use offshore customer service.

The customer care people will treat you like a dumb $#*! and tell you that the mistakes are YOUR FAULT!

There is so much to my story on my HORRIBLE experience with this Company, that I would rather walk on thumb tacks than to explain it all!

Do not expect to be right if there is a problem with your order, when I called with issues on mine, I was told that it was my fault 100% and that there is NO WAY their system could have messed up!

Their "Guaranteed Customer Satisfaction" is $#*! and it got thrown right out the window with me!

Really disappointed with the direction this company has gone in terms of customer service and reliability. We recently placed an order for some brochures that were supposed to be delivered several days before an event we were having. We spent over $250 for this order, and even paid for 2 day air delivery to make sure it got to us in time. When it did not ship out in time, we called to try to get some resolution and/or a refund and they said that there was a delay in production and could only refund us the shipping cost... about $25. The order ended up shipping out 6 days later than it was supposed to, so we had to pay a local printer more than twice the cost to get it done in time. I spoke to several people and multiple supervisors, but the most that they would refund was $100, even though they admitted that the order did not get shipped out within the "allowable timeframe." We will be taking our business elsewhere from now on. And I recommend that you do the same. It's a shame that companies like these don't stand behind their mistakes anymore.

Tip for consumers:
Be sure you don't need an order by a specific date, or order weeks in advance.

The quality of the signs I ordered was great - no complaints. The shipping was obscene however. After spending hours and hours designing my signs, the shipping came out to be more than the signs. Customer service was no help. I was in a hurry for a non-profit I was working with and figured I could reasonable negotiate the shipping after the date. Horrible customer service when trying to address this issue.

I have been using gotprint for many years, mostly with no reportable issues. Recently, I ordered business cards (3-sets), and one set was cut incorrectly. I contacted customer service to see if I could get the one set redone. My issue was escalated to "quality" who basically does not interact with customers, and just provides canned responses with no real information, many days later. Finally, after multiple calls, over weeks, for specifics, the missed cuts were blamed on the art file. I'm not sure how that can be... same art file for all three sets, and on gotprint templates. They refused to reprint. Definitely NOT satisfied at all with my last print job.

Got print generally does a great job. But then sometimes they do a poor job. And when they do they'll bend over backwards to avoid fixing it. So be aware you take the risk of them not accepting any responsibility if your order is poorly done.

I ordered wedding invitations, and the printing/shipping process did not honor my priority order.

The customer service responds that "any shipping option, does not effect the actual printing process" meaning whether you order regular 7-15 day shipping or Next day 2-3 buisiness days you will wait the EXACT âme amount of time. Only difference is you pay over 25 dollars more for a priority shipping that isn't valued.

Over a week later with my next day shipping option chosen I am still waiting on the order to ship. I have heard good things about this company however my personal experience is that the integrity of the company is not consumer satisfaction.

The order still needs to be produced, we do not have the files printed and ready to ship when the order is placed, I apologize. Ordered 2500 postcards and when I received the boxes they were broken/torn. Which led to multiple cards being bent. Also, the cards were not wrapped in anything and just loosely put into the boxes. Once I removed the cards from the boxes I proceeded to get them ready to mail and found that there were about 110 missing cards. The next day I emailed Got print about my issues and was surprised by their response.

"We will need the following additional digital proof sent to *******@gotprint.com: Please send us 1 clear image of the tracking number on the box (show clear numbers) for each box with the damaged content, 3 images of the condition of the box, and 1 image of the packaging material and the item itself in the box (For each box confirm the estimate quantity received damaged, each box should have an estimate of 835 Postcards). We will need 1 single image of 15-20 damaged Postcards next to each other showing the damaged area and the full design of each Postcards (Please do send the file that you uploaded when placing the order, it has to be a physical group image). The following images will help us proceed with this claim and provide you with compensation."

Really? 3 images of the damaged boxes? LOL!

I've already lost time with the shortage of product they didn't send and now they want me to lose more time by putting a picture gallery together showing how they do not know how to send the correct order. This company has no grasp on what consumers expect and should not be used in the future. I hope this gives you pause before you order and I wish I had looked at reviews before I ordered from this company.

The overall 2 star rating I gave is because the cards that were not damaged did look good. However, I am willing to find another printer, even if they cost more, to fill my next order because service is just as important if not more important than the product.

Our ad agency has a global non-profit client who was sending out thousands of mailers at Christmas time 2018. They depend on donors' giving each year end to make it possible to supply clean water to those in need in 3rd countries each year. We placed an order early, back in November, to ensure that we gave GotPrint plenty of turn-around time.

Promised delivery day after promised delivery day kept coming and going... Rather than just tell us they couldn't get to our projects in time to go out ahead of Christmas, GotPrint customer support kept stringing us along saying they apologized, we'll get it to you the next day or in two days, which didn't happen until Friday, Dec 21. Furthermore, we asked for a morning delivery, but they arrived mid-afternoon, so we had no man time available to complete the project in time for our Christmas mailer! All of their stringing along prevented our team from using another vendor for this client's projects. It's costing us thousands of dollars with our client, and GotPrint has not offered to reimburse us for a penny of it, only strung us along until we were hopeless! I highly recommend NOT using GotPrint, as we no longer will.

Terrible customer service. I've used GP for years because the price and quality are good, but if you have an issue with a job, chalk it up as a loss an move on. They will not fix it but you're welcome to place the order again. Oh... and they don't send physical samples of what you want to see. You'll just have to place an order. Pfffttt.

Please can you give us the order number so we can look into this further. As stated on our website, we are unable to adjust customer files, and also because of the way we print, we are not able to send samples of your product before the order is placed. We are a "gang run" printer, what that means is that we will print 20 - 30 different orders on large sheets of card or paper for customers ordering the same card/paper stock and the same quantity. That way we can spread the setup cost across multiple orders and keep our prices low. Because of this, we are limited to the quantities shown on the website.

UPDATE:
Since reporting a problem a SECOND time, we have received a discount to re-upload and order the banners. I am glad they finally responded, however, we are not going to pay to have them redo a banner that should have been correct the first time if we used their template - even if it is discounted. Besides, if we did order new banners, they would not get here on time for our show being that it took two problem requests to get a response.
Their templates should be accurate so this wouldn't be a problem in the first place.

ORIGINAL:
We have been customers of GotPrint for several years and rarely have had a problem... up until this year.
Earlier this year we got shipped the wrong postcards. We filed a problem through their website (as they ask) and explained the problem. They acknowledged their mistake and said they would ship us the correct postcards. We asked them for the postcards to be over-nighted because we needed to send out the postcards right away for our trade show. Not only did they not overnight the postcards, but it took TWO WEEKS to arrive to our office - past the time we needed to send them out.
We made a note that if we order anything else, to give GotPrint an abundance of time in case there is a problem again in the future (which we should not have to do).
Then again this November, we ordered table top banners. The banners we received had our logo cut off at the bottom. I double checked our files and saw that we kept everything within their guidelines downloaded from their website. We reported a problem and they responded asking for pictures. I sent them pictures of the banners we received and the original files... I never heard back. We had to go to the trade show with our logo cut off at the bottom of our banner. I sent a second email (being that we are using these banners for several shows) and never got a response. I sent a third email and never got a response. It is now January and we gave them a call.
The lady on the phone was rude and also said that it was our fault and they can't change the files we send them. I understand they cannot change our files, but we used their template and made sure everything was in the lines - at least make sure the templates you give us to use are correct! I also went to our orders on their website and looked at the file submitted and you can see that our logo is above the line they have on the file.
The lady on the phone did not help us whatsoever and told us we needed to file a problem through their website (which we already did back in November). I'm not sure that this will ever be resolved if they never respond. We will not be ordering from GotPrint anymore and have already ordered postcards through a new printer.
