As alot of other people I booked u2 tickets for 8/7/17 for my son & me, & waited for the tickets to arrive, & as we all know they never did, what pisses me off is We've missed out on a once in a lifetime experience that we can never get back, we were both really looking forward to. Would like to say how impressed I was with HSBC for crediting my account, within a day of reporting, even though I thought I might struggle, as id paid with a debit card, cheers, but dosent make up for what we've missed out on
Booked with them 5 months ago, received confirmation and seat allocation, everything looked fine. When I chased up the tickets last month I received a prompt email response telling me they would be dispatched 10-14 days prior to the event. Today, however, the web site and phone lines are closed and no sign of cliff Richard tickets for next weekend. Scammed by a shameless company. Even their sales lines are dead now!

Finally got my Bruno Mars tickets through the post a few days ago in readiness for next week. Very excited to see him live. Thankyou Gotickets for a good service.
Brought some Springsteen Wembley tickets which sold out very quick. Tickets received registered post about 2 weeks before the start of the event. The event was unbelievable had a great night!
Customer services rep Vanessa was a star, she quickly and efficiently changed the delivery option to collect pickup tickets from the box office which saved a lot of hassle for me. Terrific service received and collected the tickets all ok!

Booked 2 tickets for my daughter last minute which was very fairly priced. The following week the tickets arrived and the feedback was very good seats also. First time used but definitely will use them again in the future but hopefully for myself next time.
Had a fab night seeing Robbie Williams at Christmas show. Just booking him again for June show in London, can't wait... Tickets delivered on time!

My issue with Robbie Williams booking was resolved quickly. The company ticket prices are a lot cheaper than other ticket sites.
When making my booking for V Fest I some how managed to put in my email address incorrectly. Called customer services and the issue was updated and amended in now time at all and my ticket confirmations resent. I was impressed with the speed customer services resolved my mistake and my Tickets arrived with no problem. I commend GOTICKETS customer services and fully recommend this company.
I paid £350 for tickets for tomorrow to see Robbie Williams 13:617 phone number message says office not open and no answer from 3 sent emails and guess what? No tickets complete scam

I made a mistake on my Take That booking and put an incorrect address somehow. Called customer services and a nice young lady called Vanessa rectified this problem for me, and resent a copy of my confirmation emails with the correct details within 10 minutes. A big thank you to Vanessa.

I had to make an alteration to collect my tickets at the venue box office which was simple to request after I made my booking. Customer services are very efficient and dealt with my request appropriately. Was sent information on collection a week before the event and everything went smoothly on collection!
Booked the wrong date to see Eric Clapton. Contacted Vanessa on the online portal and resolved the problem in a professional manner and got a speedy response I may add. The problem was rectified without too many obstacles and the services received was first class.

I was quite surprised how good Goticketsuk is on ticket prices compared to other unscrupulous brokers. Everything was clear and transparent through the booking pages and I knew exactly the seats and I wanted and the prices I would be paying including booking fees. Will use again in the future!
