Over-priced & exorbitant delivery charge

I was going to purchase a dress for my partner which was $279.00. But the delivery charge was $15, whereas most other companies would give free delivery for an item like a dress if you spent that much money.- you have to spend $400 with Gorman to get free delivery. To send a dress by courier would normally be half what they're charging, anyway. Their garments are overpriced, considering they're manufactured in China, India & Indonesia for the most part.
