Overall good. I wasn't sure exactly when it would be delivered, but it arrived close to the estimated delivery date.
Placed an order for 5 wall plates, 4 switches and 6 light bulbs on 5/18. Order sat for 2 weeks before they did anything. Ship date is listed as 6/1, but UPS label not created until 6/5; item not in UPS hands until 6/6. And I paid $14.40 of "freight" for that $35 order that probably weighed less than 2 pounds. They obviously don't care about retail orders placed on the web. Their unit prices were good, and they had items I couldn't find on Amazon, but I'll look for another vendor before I use them again.
The product was easy to identify on-line, get a price and stock position, and delivered as promised with tracking information...

Very happy to find the globe light bulbs at Gordon Electric Supply. The price was great so I bought 8 of them.
Upon installing one of the bulbs that I received it turned out not to be working. I immediately called the company and spoke with Ashley who apologized and told me she would send out a replacement as soon as it was restocked. Ashley did not give me the "3D" questions she just told me they would replace it without any problem.
I will definitely recommend this company to any of my friends and family. Kudos to a company who had a real live person answer the phone and take care of my problem without any hassle. This is customer service that keeps customers coming back and I certainly will.

Then, I wanted to check out as a guest, but I could not enter my zip code on the first screen of that process. You almost lost me. I checked Amazon for the product and would have purchased from them at that point if it was available. Ultimately, I created an account and purchased.
I couldn't find this anywhere in my state but found this available. I called to make sure and they were able to ship it out next day. I got it just two days later. Great customer service for sure

The multiple abbreviations in your product descriptions make it hard to know what I am actually ordering. I unintentionally ordered a wall switch plate that came with a matte texture I didn't intend to buy. I think the term WNKL in the product description means 'wrinkle' painted?
I am placing an order for one that is also white, with a different product number, hoping it is the gloss white this time.
I would have emailed customer service to request a refund, or exchange, or free shipping, but I've had very little response to prior email questions I've sent previously. If someone reads this, and you are inclined to ship today's replacement order for free (your cheapest shipping option is 5x the cost of the product), I would be happy to change my star rating!

The part number alone didn't immediately find my item, but adding a description brought it right up! All in all, a pretty easy process.

I had to confirm my order several times in order for it to go through. I got a message saying yr server was down. Then I called and was told to simply keep trying until it goes through. Your sales department was not very helpful
The website and a customer service rep both told me the item was in stock and would ship next day. It was not in stock and shipped 5 days later. Gordon Electric had several opportunities to solve the issue but was neither proactive nor responsive in the resolution. Instead, at their direction, my staff was required to do the extra work to solve the issue. By purchasing from Gordon Electric, I lost time and money.
