Ordered the trio of 80s nostalgia books (Neverending Story, Labyrinth, The Dark Crystal). What we received was NOT what was pictured. The photos showed color chapter headings on the pages, leather covers, metal detailing on The Neverending Story, and a 3D crystal shard on the cover of The Dark Crystal. The books we received barely had gold foil in some of the embossing on the covers and NONE of the 3D detailing. The pages inside are clearly low-resolution prints, with chapter headings and drop caps showing JPEG compression artifacts, and all printed in greyscale. There aren't even page numbers. I'm on month 2 of trying to get a response to my emails.

Buyer beware! This company is/was a sponsored Facebook vendor which is where I originally saw this product (The Neverending Story/Labyrinth/Dark Crystal leatherbound 3d front surfaced novels) but I purchased directly off their website (https://goodseverytop.com/products/the-neverending-story-book).
Unfortunately, I experienced the same complaint as others here. The Chinese company that operates goodseverytop.com is actively (and has been for several years according to the Etsy artist) using stolen pictures from Etsy artists to peddle an inferior knock off of books that when shipped, arrive from what appears to be a throw away shipping address [1055 Sesame Street, Franklin Park, IL *******] and when you attempt to email them to get a full refund or return options (after they deliberately stall responding to you to push out your time to file a claim for several weeks) they eventually explain that you have to mail their product back to #88 Hemu Township, Burqin County, Xinjiang, China out of pocket, to an address which also doesn't appear to exist. Furthermore, in the same email they will admit that it won't be economical and that you should just accept their paltry refund of $5/$10 credit instead...
And good luck getting your bank to offer any valuable assistance either. I've been attempting to appeal their first decision after waiting 60 days for them to deny my claim because they filed my claim incorrectly as a "fraudulent purchase" and not a "product arrived but not as advertised") then denied my claim because I still had the books even after explaining that the cost to ship to China would be equal/greater than the original cost and that the shipping address doesn't appear to exist anyway. This has been going on for about 3 months with no success. Lesson learned I guess.
