They charged my credit card, then sent me an email saying "There's been an error processing your request". Still not having heard back from them on the day of the show, we rang them. They said "We'll send you your tickets in 1hr". I waited 2hrs and called, they then said "Sorry, there are no tickets left for that show tonight". They gave me a refund, but why charge me in the first place if you can't guarantee tickets?!

They charged my credit card, then sent me an email saying "There's been an error processing your request".
Still not having heard back from them on the day of the show, we rang them. They said "We'll send you your tickets in 1hr".

They gave me a refund, but why charge me in the first place if you can't guarantee tickets?!

Bought my ticket for a concert, which was postponed twice but their customer service rejects a refund. It's difficult to get someone in line to begin with, than they are rude and overwhelmed. I wish I would have never bought with them. In addition, we bought their insurance in case we cannot.go which is useless because they also do not refund for postponed concerts. You will spend hours trying to resolve issues and that is not worth the money while other companies refunded with no issue.

Be careful using this site. They do a bait and switch tactic and when you get your order in less desirable seats than you were ordering they will not give a refund or exchange.

Reduced prices such as the price slash discount on your tickets is cool, but the 32% service charge per ticket is ABSOLUTELY NUTS. I guess you have to offset the supposed discounted ticket somewhere. Never Again.

People, please don't buy tickets from these crooks. Once you buy them there is nothing you can do to get your money back regardless of what happens next, even when it's their fault!

They promised to e-mail the tickets in a timely manor, that didn't happen and it cost me over $671.28 for 3 tickets that never arrived in time.

Good Seat Tickets is located at 1490 S Price Rd., Chandler, AZ, ******* look for the three story, brick and glass building at the intersection of Price and Willis.

My son purchased 2 tickets to a Chris Young concert, we received a receipt email but NOTHING more. 3 emails & 4 phone calls the customer service person says maybe call this # in the morning to see if they know what to do. I will NEVER use this poor excuse of an event ticket sales again. Horrible experience and hoping to not be out $200!

They don't reveal their fee added to the tickets until you click accept on final stage of charging. Extremely unethical. Lots of folks site this issue, but reviews are buried. They've listed my tickets as 'delivered' but were not. Paid just under $1,000 for tickets to an event and am wrestling with them about the tickets I DON'T HAVE YET.

I bought tickets to a football game a month ahead of time so I can have them and ready. I have been calling to find out why over a week later I haven't gotten my ticket. I was directed to a manager. I had to open a login to ticket master to get my ticket there which will not be sent to me till 2 days before the event. I DO NOT LIKE THIS! HOW ARE YOU GOING TO GIVE ME WHAT I PAID FOR A MONTH LATER RIGHT BEFORE THE EVENT. My friend went to vivid seats and already has her ticket. Ive been on the phone trying to figure out why my ticket wont be released to me till 2 days before the event. The worst ticket buyer I have ever experienced. I very worried as to I still am waiting on my ticket. The saying you get what you pay for 100% true. Get cheap. Bad service. All they keep saying is they guarantee I will have my ticket 9/13. OMG! I bought it 8/17!

Ordered Garth Brooks tickets, paid by CC/ did not receive my e-tickets (just confirmation e-mails) and 3 days later, Good Seats informed me that my tickets have been cancelled. Just unbelievable business practices!

Im trying to explain to you why I need to cancel this order but the lady said no refunds or exchange I have a granddaughter that passed away in July and we are trying to raise money for her headstone

They don't even deserve a one star rating but I had to put something.

With the pandemic going on, people out of work and all concerts being cancelled or postponed. Good Seat Tickets will not offer a refund even though my concert is in definitely postponed.

DO NOT USE GOOD SEAT TICKETS.

Please do not use good seat ticket.com they will not give you a refund even with insurance and justification. Poor customer service. Only buy if you can afford to loose your money. Gave runaround for over s month. Will not respond to your requests. Buy from Ticketmaster only. This company are scam artist.

I purchased tickets for my daughter and 2 year old grandson for Disney On Ice. My daughter gets there and they would not let her In. This is a SCAM. It was a waste of 200.00

Good price for tickets but my tickets aren't able to download. I don't know what the issue is but it just can't download onto my phone. I bought from the website before and there were no issues at all.

I bought 2 tickets for Marc Anthony for my boyfriends bday 2 months before concert! And I got the transfer successfully done e- mail but never got the tickets to scan at the door. I emailed them days before and they said that I had received them and to check my junk mail etc. So I did and never found anithing.

We get to concert and they didn't let us in because we needed to have scan codes so they could let us in. They ended up sending us to the ticket box and they said they could t do anithing about it and that we weren't the only ones who had had that problem with this company that night.

I tried calling them to fix our problem but the office was closed.

We had to buy new tickets! I called the day after to see if we could get our money back and the guy said that they couldn't because the tickets were sent! Then he said I had to download an app which nowhere in the In the instructions did it say to download any app. Then i looked for the so called app and it was nowhere to be found. Then he said I had to download Ticketmaster I think it was just a bunch of bull$#*!! I am very disappointed of this company and I will never buy from them ever again! I feel like it's a scam.! If anyone had this same problem please email me! Maybe we can do something about it to get our money back! I feel bad for my boyfriend cause at the end of the day he had to pay for his own bday gift!

I am giving one since there is no zero or negative. I bought a great seat for $640 and the artist cancelled the concert which is fine. This was in July 17 concert was taking place in August 23. Plenty of time before concert date the event was cancelled and all fans to be refunded. Except that, I could not get a hold of the lame seller. Good seats gave me an email address and number and let me do the dirty work of crying to get my refund back. But the seller would not pick up their phone or respond to my emails. Several emails later, the seller emails me on August 1st saying: we are processing your refund today. One sentence no apologies nothing. Fine. Except that today is August 31 and still no sign of refund or responses from the seller. When I call goodseats they leave me on hold then tell me ok m'am we left a message for the seller. Give them 48 hours to respond then call us if they don't. Did that several times and no response from the seller yet goodseats still telling me to do the same thing. It is like a loop. I asked to speak to a manager. A manager is never available so I wait and wait. Today I waited 45 min for this manager and nothing I m still on hold do thought I use the time to leave the review. I m asking now my credit card to dispute the charge. I m so so peeved by the time wasted and lack of professionalism. I thought I was getting a ticket from a trusted platform not some black market craziness. I will never ever ever use this site or recommend it to anyone. Maybe if the concert took place none of this would be exposed but since in my case it was cancelled, all the behind the scene failures surfaced.

I paid an enormous price, including the outrageous fees, for four good seats. I received confirmation of receipt, but did not receive the tickets. Just 3 weeks before the show, I finally got a call from this company saying they had just received the order! Of course the seats I purchased were not available at this late date and I had to settle for seats in the balcony. There was some compensation, but not more than those balcony seats were worth to begin with. I have never had worse service from a ticket company. Lesson learned!

I started to buy 2 tickets from this company at 137 each plus fees. When I got to the summary, they had jacked the price to 159, added 41 plus another 8 each to download! Buyers beware. I backed out before I got burned like others.

Buyer be where! Make sure you have exercised all options before using Good Seat Tickets co. The refund policy is a joke! I purchased tickets through them for the first time and there will not be a second. The venue I was going to attend was a football game in Oakland but the game originally started at 520pm but game time got changed to 1:25pm. I decided I couldn't go so instead of understanding or trying to work with me they were resistant and hide behind their return policy which is " all sales are final". Use ticket master even if it's more money, it will save you the hassles of dealing with 3rd parties shenanigans.

I purchased tickets online and then they added $50 as a service fee per ticket! I called to request a credit and was disconnected. I called back a second time they left me on hold and told me there was nothing they could do. Terrible customer service! I I will never purchase from here again and I will tell everyone to stay clear from this company. I will file something with the BBB. This company is stealing peoples money!
