I called Pacific Golf Clubs to report a defect in a putter cover I purchased last month and only used twice before it began to tear. Without question, James promised to send a replacement. This is clearly a company and representative who stand behind their products — and outstanding customer service.

I placed and order from these guys and had my new Mizuno driver in two days. There was a mix up on the shalf I wanted as it was out of stock but they made it right and I am very pleased with my purchase. Thanks to Jaime with customer service for all the help. Would highly recommend and will definitely buy from again.

I do not recommend using this website. During purchase phase, was sent to at least three different sites to confirm credit card information. Decided to abandon purchase. Found out credit card had already been charged, so immediately emailed to cancel order. They tried to get me to make purchase, but I said I just wanted credit to my account. Said they had to charge me a 10% fee for credit card company. After 18 emails, I agreed to take a 5% charge just to be rid of them. You are dealing with people in China and there is definitely a language problem when trying to work out issues. Just not a good vibe from the start so don't be fooled by the cheap prices. Go somewhere else and pay a little more, but you'll be happier.

Do not encourage these chinese fakes they send you absolute rubbish and how they get away with trading in the UK I will never know, surely trading and standards can do something about this type of deceit. I ended up paying £249 for a set of Calloway X22s and when I found out they were fake tried to get a refund, still waiting after 20 days. I was really stupid but their site seemed so authentic. AVOID THE LIKE THE PLAGUE

I ordered a Callaway 3 wood.
I then belatedly read some reviews and was horrified.
I tried to cancel but they were very obstructive.
Eventually they agreed to cancel but charged me £15 cancellation for the return to their supplier.
They hadnt even ordered it at that time
After long and protracted negotiation they agreed to refund minus the £15.
I didnt get this back to my credit card for 2 months.
AVOID AVOID AVOID!

This sight is the worst. Ordered a Scotty Cameron putter and it was fake. We all know that T3 titanium is non magnetetic and i was sold some good scrap metel putter. The company would not give me return address and would not even refund me the money they said they would. Then turn around and asked me to remove my bad comments. #$^%#$*%$*&$*

Purchased a set of Ping G15 irons - looked great when they arrived but came from China, which was a red flag - tried to register serial numbers with Ping - serial number wouldn't register - took them to a Ping rep - totally fakes - he showed me the difference between the authentic G15 and the ones I received - not really noticeable to the average guy buy you'd know it if you played them - now I am trying to get my money back - don't deal with these people - totally phony!

Bought some clubs for my son, and got them, eventually. They seem ok but suspect they are fake, but he seems happy with them.
But once they had arrived got stung by a dhl bill, contacted them and they did not care, great customer service eh?
Wold not recommend buying from them if you are serious about your golf

They misrepresent counterfeit golf clubs as real. They said I could return the clubs, but it would take shipping them to China at my own expense!

Pls stay away from this website. I have ordered in Nov, 2011 and have not heard back from them till now in Dec 2011. They claim that they have the best customer experience but a just a bunch a BS. Not sure what BBB is doing keeping these websites alive. Pls stay away from this one.
