I ordered 2 wigs at the cost of almost $1000 back in June and still have not received my items. I should've know the be cautious when I sent several messages on the site asking about the wigs, style and hair quality and received no response although her website and Instagram directs you to use this way to communicate for questions regarding products and orders. I have since emailed multiple times with no response and I'm trying to go through my credit card company to get a refund. I have a lm acquaintance that ordered the pink Star wig for $675 which she did eventually get after 2 months but it was nothing like pictured and low quality hair. I'm questioning whether these are drop shipped for China based off the quality and this owner should be reported for fraud

Not gonna lie, at first I was hesitant to order due to all the scams but they definitely delivered. I have 6 wigs from here and let me tell ya, the compliments alwayssss come. Will continue to support this black owned business

Judging from all the great reviews and pictures, decided to buy Dana. Lace is hard & scratchy.Ah well, jokes on me for expecting more from a budget wig. Absolute trash!

I walked in Friday, Purchased my Wig ( SNOW)! Whitney was the one who installed my wig and let me tell you! They do an awesome job for contraction of the wig, to styling, and making you feel glamorous! The owner has this peach wine that She offers during happy hour while you are getting your install! They are VERY down to earth and GOOD VIBZ! I'm All about VIBZ and service. I don't really fool with a lot of businesses in HOUSTON due to the unprofessionalism and attitudes of entitlement, but they have it down. I purchased another wig today and I'm getting it installed tomorrow and I'll be reviewing that one too

It took me exactly two months to arrive when there is clearly said that it is 10-15 days apart, nothing to do with the one I look at in the photo, I paid almost the price of 900 for a wig that is not the color that was in the photo and apart all ugly and disheveled or combed well

SEE PHOTOS! DO NOT SHOP WITH HER! BEWARE! She gave herself a fake review on Google. The female you reach out to is the owner of GoldLabel Co which is an LLC. She claims to sell wigs, however these wigs never ship or at least in my case it didn't. She was rude and unprofessional when I stated that if my wig hadn't been shipped by 11 Sep 2020 (after being on order since Aug 7,2020) I would regrettably have to cancel the order and get a refund. She never said anything about a refund so I went directly to my bank and made a claim. She believes she is safe from scrutiny because all of her reviews are managed by her online page or Instagram. She lacks customer service skills and to think she calls herself a veteran, it's disgusting to someone like me who is an honest veteran. She's more than likely drop shipping from China and not telling customers which is why wigs take over a month. I bought my wig on Aug 7,2020 and still never got a positive tracking status from USPS as of September 13,2020. She will also hide behind COVID as the reason usps is taking so long to ship when in reality the wig is never placed in USPS' possession.

UPDATE: September 14,2020 she shipped the package after my husband and I told her we wanted to cancel the order, we refused the shipment so that USPS could send that thing back to her. Customer Service Matters! I refuse to shop with rude, arrogant, unprofessional people from any business, I'll take my coins elsewhere.

Update September 26,2020: The unprofessional low down person just emailed my husband and said that she wouldn't be giving me a refund because USPS held the package I refused at their office. Like I said she's drop shipping she's not a wholesale buyer. She doesn't want to take the loss for the wig she purchased and took forever to send. As you can see from the pictures USPS apologized for holding the package after I refused it. Smh WHATEVER you do DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS female.

The entire process of ordering a wig from this company is absolutely OUTRAGEOUS. I ordered my Dana wig on October 7 & didn't receive any shipping updates as of October 25. The business page claims that shipping takes 7-10 business days, but when I talked to customer service today, she claimed that I had to wait 10-15 business days. She even posted an indirect video on her story's business page throwing SHADE about me just because I politely requested a refund. SO UNPROFESSIONAL. I do not recommend this company AT ALL. She deletes comments & blocks people for being HONEST to make her business look good for potential buyers & that is SICK. I tried to support her & give her the benefit of the doubt because this is a black-owned business, but she lost me. I will never buy anything from this company again.

TO ANYONE READING THIS, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL REGRET IT!

They don't answer phone calls or emails and if you insist they block you. I washed my wig it smelled like wet dog not worth the money. When I emailed them the ignored me and canceled my next order and blocked me on IG

The units are not of great quality. I will let ppl know so they are not scammed. Unit was very thin and I cannot do anything with it. Gave 2 stars cause lace was decent.

My wig was already pre-styled & the color of the wig was lovely. Ms Nessa did a great job! & I'll most definitely buy from them again!

I paid $40 for 3 white tshirts. They were the best I've ever worn. I loved the neckline and texture. So I go get 3 more, which were the worst id ever worn. So in review I discover the great ones were made in Thailand while the worst ones were made in Pakistan. So I got scammed out of $40
