SCAMMERS!

LESSON LEARNED FOR ME! I WISH I CHECKED THE REVIEWS OF THEIR BUYERS FIRST. THEY ONLY HAVE 3.9 STARS OUT OF 5 DUE TO THE SAME ISSUE I HAVE ENCOUNTERED.

FEB 13,2020, I PURCHASED 3 DIFFERENT KINDS OF EARRINGS WORTH $30.70. IT WAS A SALE PRICE FROM THEIR USUAL $100+. THE ITEMS LOOKED REALLY NICE ONLINE PLUS THE SALE PRICE WAS TEMPTING. I GOT THE ITEMS ON THE MAIL AND WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED! THEY LOOKED DIFFERENT FROM THEIR WEBSITE AND THEY WERE REALLY CHEAP! I WASN'T GONNA BUY THEM EVEN AT $5 FOR 3 PAIRS.

I CONTACTED SUPPORT FEB 18TH, BUT I WAS TOLD THAT THEY HAVE TO CONTACT THE SELLER AND WAIT FOR THEIR RESPONSE. I HAVE BEEN EXCHANGING EMAIL WITH THEM SINCE THEN. BY THE WAY, THE NUMBER ON THEIR WEBSITE DOESN'T WORK. IT ONLY KEEPS RINGING NO MATTER WHAT TIME YOU CALL. I WAS FINALLY GIVEN A LINK TO PRINT OUT MY RETURN LABEL, BUT IT DIDN'T WORK. I EMAILED THE SELLER DIRECTLY AND WAS TOLD THAT THEY WERE REALLY SORRY FOR SENDING ME THE ITEMS AND ASKED ME TOO NOT TO LEAVE A BAD REVIEW COZ IT WOULD HURT THEIR BUSINESS SO BAD. I AGREED THAT I WON'T LEAVE ONE AS LONG AS THEY SEND ME MY FULL REFUND. I HAVE BEEN EXCHANGING EMAILS WITH THIS SELLER SINCE FRIDAY LAST WEEK AND NOTHING YET. THE LINK FOR THE RETURN LABEL DOESN'T WORK. IT KEEPS ON SAYING "NO ORDER FOUND". THEY'RE INSISTING ON SENDING ME A REPLACEMENT OF 3 DIFFERENT KINDS OF JEWELRIES TO WHICH I DECLINED. HOW CAN YOU TRUST THEM AGAIN WHEN THEY SENT OUT CRAPS THE FIRST TIME?

ALSO, WHEN THEY SENT ME THE LINK FOR THE RETURN LABEL, IT SAID THAT THEY HAVE A RESTOCKING FEE! REALLY? I WOULD BE MORE THAN WILLING TO PAY FOR ONE IF THE ITEMS WERE EVEN CLOSE TO HOW THEY WERE DESCRIBED ONLINE. BESIDES, IT SAYS ON THEIR WEBSITE THAT YOU HAVE 30 DAYS TO RETURN YOUR PRODUCT FOR A FULL REFUND OR EXCHANGE. BASED ON THE REVIEWS HERE, THEY DIDN'T GET THEIR REFUNDS TOO. I AM DISPUTING THIS WITH MY BANK.

SO BEWARE AND I HOPE NO ONE GETS SCAMMED WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN! IT SUCKS TO BE IN A POSITION WHEREIN YOU CAN'T DO ANYTHING FOR A CRAP A COMPANY HAS SENT YOU!
