I just want to express my utmost gratitude to Stephanie, who has been working with me since Friday to resolve the problem regarding my withdrawal. She has been very patient and thorough in answering my questions and extending her help. I wish I could do more than this review to thank her enough! The company I was working for on this platform paid me on Tuesday, it is now Thursday and I am still not paid. I contacted their support yesterday and they said it was so-called "under review", and sent me a bunch of links saying it could take up to 5 business days to be paid, which means I might have to wait until the middle of next week to get my money. This is completely unacceptable! I am completely unsatisfied with this platform, and even though I know they are using a third-party processor, this processor should not have the right to make people wait so long to get paid. The decision to use this processor ultimately leads back to GoLance, so they are directly responsible for this situation. I would not recommend this platform in any way.
Nothing but good experiences with GoLance. Almost all of the freelancers i have used continue to work with me to this day.
My first time using Golance - and wow great experience! Lots of qualified applicants, extremely easy to work with. Really helps take the stress off of me knowing I can hire help as needed. Will most definitely be back!
