Will never use this company again! We ordered one lock and sent us two and charged us for two. I asked how to fix this, and they said they would send me an email with how to send the extra lock back, but they never did this. We are a very busy entity, and the last thing we need on our plate is trying to correct this company's mistake, and then jumping through their hoops to get our money back, go through the hassle of sending the extra lock back. Save yourself the trouble and don't use GoKeyless!

I bought a few items from go keyless. They pretty much up sold me on items I didn't need and didn't work. I contacted my sales representative Aaron and he didn't even bother to resolve the issue. Unfortunately they are the only place that sells Adam's rite assault abloy to end users. I need to return the item that doesn't work and I was told because it was installed that they won't take it back. I explained to them that I assembled it on my desk to ensure the pieces fit correctly which one item didn't. So I'll be buying from a different place with better customer service.

I have had multiple issues with my lock in the last year since I have bought it. The problem with their customer service is that they are not readily available. You always have to leave a message. I own a rental property and need someone to answer the phone while I am at the property. It does me no good for them to return the call if I am not at the location when they call back. They are also only available week days 9-5 and not on weekends. Many of the products they sell are not their products. They resell behome247 products. I have been waiting for a fix for a software issue for 2 weeks and still no resolution.

I have trying to buy a keyless lock from Adam Miller a sales executive, he told me that they have installer all round the country but for the last 2 weeks they are not able to give me some local who can come and do a survey and give me a detailed quote. I have called 4-5 times Adam promises everything but what I got only run around. I hope one of the higher executive read my reviews and get back to me. Just notice if you give 1 star rating you can't even submit this survey.

The sales reps mislead me. I returned my purchase but never received my money back. The people selling the product are very poor in knowledge and don't care that the customer will end up waiting time and effort to attempt to install the wrobgvlock

We ordered an Alarm Lock DL6500 from GoKeyless.com order # SO*******. It was described and advertised as a new lock. When we received it, the handles were the wrong size and could not be attached because they hit the door. GoKeyless then sent us some clearly heavily used handles to fix the problem but those where the wrong model of handle to fit our particular lock. They then said they would have Alarm Lock send us yet another set of handles. Before those could even arrive, the lock failed and trapped me and some of my employees in our office. We could not open the lock with a key, nor with a door code, nor from the inside or the outside. We had to call in a professional locksmith to get us out. At this time we found out that the lock was indeed not new and in fact a rebuilt product. And that pieces of the lock had broken off causing the failure. We have tried to get this resolved through our sales rep but he has been ignoring and even admitted over the phone to deleting emails regarding this issue. With our last correspondence, he (our sales rep) said he had forwarded my email to his operations manager to handle but we have not received any more correspondence as of yet. If a fire were to have broken out at that moment me and my employees could have died do to their products failure.

Tip for consumers:
Order your quality locks from your respected locksmith not online. As we recently found out you may very well put the lives of your people at risk by potentially getting something that you did not pay for in the first place.

This company will sell you antique software that is exceptionally user-unfriendly, and then provide no tech support, they will not answer their phone, and so you will be left wondering why you have a $2000 lock on your door that you can't use

Worse customer service, no knowledge of the product, order status, delivery or anything! Feel lucky if you ever get them on the phone or actually get an answer to your question. Our product is about 20 day behind schedule and they have no excuse or reason for that. They gave me a simple, "sorry about that", never a returned call or email.

I can't say for sure what is going on with the products Gokeyless has sent me but there is no way a legitimate manufacturing business could stay in business with the 50% failure rate I have experienced with 10 (TEN) Trilogy DL1300 locks. I paid $501.60 for each lock. 50% failure rate!
I have had locks that want hold their memory, locks that want lock and locks that want open. The biggest problem is sometimes the key will not override the problem and the lock cannot be locked period.
Now after the fifth lock, Matt in the support department said there is nothing more that Gokeyless can do. That comment came after the following events occurred over the last couple of months. Another lock stops working and I call into Matt. He said it was out of warranty but he would put in a replacement request because I had experienced so many failures. After a couple of weeks they OK sending a replacement lock to me. I received the lock, executed the programming and installed it on the door. 2 days later it dropped its memory. Yes, the replacement lock was now not functioning. I took the lock back off and Matt had me do a complete cold start (you have to open up the lock and get to the board so you can connect a jumper while programming). Still would not hold its memory so Matt requests another replacement for the initial replacement. This is where the wheels fall off the wagon. Instead of sending me another replacement DL1300 to replace the failed replacement the company sent a completely different product. It wasn't even a lock. Called Matt back again and I sent the incorrect product back. Weeks go by and I still did not receive the replacement for the replacement. After complaining I finally received the replacement replacement. Programmed it and installed it. One day later the replacements replacement dropped its memory. So after having another failure, receiving a bad replacement, then receiving an incorrect product and then getting a second bad replacementMatt states there is nothing more that Gokeyless can do.
Obviously there is something going on with the products. Refurbished? I don't know but I will never order from Gokeyless again and I will try to warn others of my experience.
To send me two bad replacements and one incorrect product and then state "there is nothing further we can do" is pitiful. You can't replace a bad product with another bad product twice and then say "sorry, you will have to buy a new one".
Gokeyless defiantly has its problems. As far as the DL1300's, I don't know if I got a bad batch, received a bunch of refurbished products from Gokeyless or what but I hope anyone that reads this will go elsewhere for their purchase.

Tip for consumers:
Go elsewhere unless current management changes. For now it has turned into one of those internet companies we all fear where they are good at the sale but Lord help you if you have problems with the product and is almost and most times impossible to get someone on the phone.

GoKeyless sold us a product, sent us the wrong product, then we could not get a hold of anyone by phone nor by email. Finally got a person and they sent us new locks and a RMA to send others back. We ended up sending 5 out of 8 locks back and don't want the 3 we have. They then charged us a restocking fee and won't take the other locks back. Only two work and only one out of the 2 is the correct product. Our sales person Craig Auberger never called us back after you leave them messages (Craig Auberger). The whole thing has been a nightmare from the get go. Would never do business with them again and our little adventure still isn't resolve it's bee almost a year now.

Tip for consumers:
Make sure you know what your buying and only buy 1 to try out to make sure it's right

Would have done zero stars if that were an option. Bought 4 locks and cannot get support. They have a chat that's only purpose is to sell you things but not actually help you with existing orders. Don't waste your money with this company.

It has been 4 weeks now... I sent pictures and what the locksmith told me would work and they sent the wrong locks. Then I sent back and they never confirmed receipt of the order. I have dealt now with 5 people and apparently they don't communicate with one another as they said they need 2 weeks to process the return order before they can ship the new ones. What? Very disorganized customer service and operations.

We love our locks and door handles, butmy one star is not for the product but for the terrible experience we have encountered with GoKeyless. I would have to say that Gokeyless has probably been the worst online experiences we've ever had. The company offers no communication in status or tracking your orders, and when you try to contact somebody in customer service you'll leave message after message after message and if you're lucky someone might answer the phone and you'll catch them. If not, no one will ever return your call. That is what happened to us. We had one of our locks arrive defective and it took almost a week to get somebody to talk to us so we could figure out what to do to get a new lock. We ended up going directly to the manufacture Schlage and they were far more helpful and confirmed the lock was defective and needed to be replaced. We had to purchase another lock and then send the defective one back, perfectly packed or we were told a diminished or even NO refund would occur, even though it was decective. We have now been waiting to get a refund for something that was received by Gokeyless weeks ago. We were told we would see the refund over 10 days ago and I had to follow up, as again no communication unless you initiate it, and still no refund. They now say it is coming "in a few days"? I would find another company like Build.com or even Homedepot or Lowes.com, who will match their prices and offers far better customer service and communication. If I had to do it all over again I would've never purchased anything from GoKeyless, Good luck if you have or do.

They screwed up first order which happens but instead of fixing or making it right, they have been dishonest and after almost a month still don't have a correct working lock. This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I have been involved with.

I've had 3 experiences with gokeyless all of them negative. I ordered a $300+ lock which I never received. I was instructed by a member of their sales staff to purchase another expensive lock after giving them all stats for the application. The lock they sold to me was not designed for use with residential driveway gates but gokeyless refused to provide a return shipping label. Most recently I purchased 3 locks which my contractor (who's been building houses for 20 years) can't figure out how to install. We called gokeyless who told us yeah the instructions are wrong and we know that but you have to call the manufacturer to get help. Problem is the manufacturer never answer the phone or returns messages left. Three strikes and you're out gokeyless.

I never write reviews but have been so disappointed in my customer experience with GoKeyless, I feel the obligation to warn others. Great prices, sales and tech representatives are friendly, but their response time and ability to help troubleshoot problems is very unprofessional. I'm now 7 weeks into a lock install with faulty products. My lock still isn't working as I type this due to faulty parts.

Go anywhere but GoKeyless. It's been a truly awful and costly experience. I'm on the verge of calling it quits on this system I ordered from them and will be out $2200 in install payments for the locksmith.

I paid for second day am extra of 176$ its passed 3 days already and nothing. When i contact custumer service they claim thats nothing by thier fault keep lying about shippment and let me think im stupid dont know how to count to two! I placed the order on sat was supposed to get it max by tue AM! No one took responsibility for thier mistake and keep telling the same lies again and again. All i asked is to get the shippment cost refounded cause why i need to pay 176$ for second day if its coming two days after? And all i got its an answer that they going to cancel my order.
Don't do business with them if you guys want to stay happy. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!

I had to deal with a fellow named Trevor at this company and I have never been talked to in a such a poor manor from a so called manager. I just wanted tech advice. Go to lowes to buy these locks. Good f****** grief

We bought the 2835DC locks to put on 3 different gates that were commissioned by our client, a high traffic condo on the beach. We have had several complaints since including the lock coming unengaged, the "y" button simply opening the gate, and any variation of the 4 digit code works. We have attempted to contact the company several times and are constantly told that is how the lock works (really?) or we are referred back to the manufacturer, who sends us back here. This is completely unacceptable for a lock that costs 242.86. Our ultimate concern is safety at this point and with children in and out of the area and the gate open because the lock doesn't work, they are absolutely not doing their job. Please don't invest your money here as they are unresponsive when assistance is needed and the quality of the lock being so poor.

Going against the grain... Worst nitemare ever... Started with sales sending me the wring unit, and using the wrong email address... All set up info went to wrong email... No-one knows how to fix... Now am going on a month and no headway... I'm the one jumping thru hoops trying to fix... It should be them Demanding my money back

Horrible service and products. Defective lock. Slow refund of money. Tried to inquire if all locks of the same model were defective. Sales could not tell us. Told us to contact their return department. Left two messages with return department with no response. Tech person was rude and short when trying to determine if lock was defective. Would not use again.

I purchased a double sided lock model codelock 5000 electronic from go keyless and a matching aluminum box for gate both recommended by Curtis for 500.00. I have the box welded on gate and schedule locksmith to install. I take off work to meet locksmith at house only to find they sent mismatch box and lock. Box is 2 3/4 and lock is 2 3/8. I call go keyless furious because now I will have to pay to have locksmith apptmt again. Gokeyless agrees to overnight the correct 2 3/4 cylinder. I reschedule locksmith for three days later. 2 3/4 cylinder arrives, Locksmith arrives, and after taking everything apart to install, lo and behold, it is not the correct model for my lockset.It is not made by same manufacturer, is wrong size plate where tongue goes and spindle is much too small. The spindle is completely a different size by a long shot. I call go keyless furious again. They offer to overnight to me the correct cylinder 2nd time but now I have to reschedule locksmith and take off work a 3rd time to meet at house. I demand a 250.00 discount on my 500.00 bill because of the extra costs to me for locksmith visits. They begrudgingly agree to a 100.00 credit to my bill. Tom at extension 125 is the person I dealt with. He was the third person I had to speak to. First Curtis, then Craig, then finally Tom. They are nice people but buyer beware.

Tip for consumers:
You must not rely on these people to carefully assemble your order. They are not detail oriented and need supervision. I am not a locksmith that why I hire one to do my work. The average consumer does not have the skills to know if the parts go keyless is sending are correct. The finish on my lockset was also not as represented on the site.

Will NEVER order from this company again! Order some cameras and paid for 3 day shipping. Recieved one of two packages and called them and they said the other package never was shipped and they would 1 day it to me. Well after waiting 2 weeks I'm still waiting on the second package!
