This is a response to this review. We have checked our records and we can attest that this is not a valid transaction as we never had an order coming from this name. Hence, this is pure allegation meant to damage the company and its sister companies' image. I personally monitor the sales and customer support team to ensure that every inquiry and concern are answered.
