Love my new outdoor vinyl curtains, especially in these 20 degree snowy days in Tennessee! I've had them up on my back porch for about a month now. They have survived 60+ mph wind gusts and 35-40 mph sustained winds for 48 hours+. The weighted chain is a must as well as triple checking measurements. Oh, I use 4 inch ball bungee cords to hang and join the curtains. I ordered the maximum clear section available allowing me to stay dry, protected from the wind and warmer all while enjoying the view of my back yard. The quality of the product should support a long life of the product.

My purchase was completely online. I read the detailed specifications, options, delivery dates, etc. Many other sites have same brand and style for equal or less than 1Stop Bedrooms. However, customer satisfaction was definitely worth shopping here. Delivery was on time as stated, my bedroom set was set up very quick and with care! I am putting a little shop together and searched for good quality High Bay LED lighting that I could afford. So many of the places to buy LED lighting were way out of my price range. Then I found Lightup.com and I was able to buy what I needed within my budget. I as worried I was sacrificing quality for affordability but I have been very happy with the lights I have purchase from LIghtup. I will definitely come back again.

I have two very old Japanese figurine lamps. My parents got them in 1949 and they were passed to me My pagoda shades are in bad shape from years of packing/moving—general wear and tear over 53 years. I was glad I could find so many styles to choose from here!
But when I received the shades one was damaged I contacted on a chat line and had an immediate response. A new shade was sent. Customer service is always a big deal with me.

Product arrived ahead of schedule. Looks good - thiner than I expected considering I purchased the heaviest duty version. I will be curious to see how it has fared a year from now.

I ordered a roll top desk. They sent some stain samples which helped. When desk arrived I am very happy with the stain. Desk was made after I ordered it, they don't have a hundred of them in a warehouse. Was well worth the wait. Top quality wood and craftsmanship, will last for generations. A family heirloom. Called them 4 times, everyone was friendly and answered my questions. Delivery guy called a day ahead and 30 minutes ahead. Was friendly and very careful with the desk, he put it upstairs in my room. The company was kind enough to see that the picture, on their website, could have been misleading, and are processing my order for a return.
