Recently I visited to jaipur for a weekend trip.So, I started to find the best staying option in jaipur Then goibibo helped me to find a suitable hotel. The property was well served and hygienic. Secured my travel under 2x policy but I wasn't aware that it's a total fraud. My trip was cancelled when I was on the way of railway station. I took a flight as I was having bookings for my 7-day trip. My trip costs 3500 but they refunded only 2700 instead of double amount. They gave me a voucher of 2700 with 7 days validity. How can I travel if I'm already out of town with this coupon. I raised an issue regarding same but no solution from their side. Never use Goibibo. They're fraud.

Booked a bus booking with goibibo, the bus driver did not stopped the bus at the pickup point. It was 2 km away, I took another convenyance to that location. When i called goibibo to complaint they refunded 200 rupues as a compensation. Its not about money but the bus driver should have been their where it was mentioned. Still, i liked the goibibo service as they called me, followed up with me & bus operator multiple times to resolve/investigate the issue.

Amazing stay n a special thanks to front office department for managing everything perfectly. Rooms are good if u have a good view. The hotel should have been considerate to keep the guests informed about it. Other than that, Shahrukh, Aalam, Manoj the entire breakfast team, and even the hotel gate guards are doing a great job maintaining.
I was booked the flight to delhi to Jaipur they were provide the lot of things like food service and refreshment was really i was booked a economy class ticket. This is a great hotel and the kids loved the room, breakfast was wonderful and they had a wide selection of food. Nice place and location rooms are very nice overall this is a great hotel and I would definitely stay here again.

The customer support executive juhi. Sharma_ISNG******* helped me get all documents related to an insurance for which I had entered a wring name she also helped us with a new E ticket related to that. It was not their fault at all and still they were kind enough to rectifuy my mistake and helped us so much with the booking. The other travel partners have NEVER done anything like this for us.

Hi,
We have booked round-trip from Mumbai to Chennai the payment has been deducted from our end. From Mumbai to Chennai we have received tickets but Chennai to Mumbai shows that booking in progress. We couldn't able to reach the goibibo customer care and we tried to reach the airlines they said pnr number has been cancelled after 24 hours but we didnt receive any updates from goibibo. We have tried to reach the goibibo customer care the number was engaged almost 1 hour and lucky got connected. The customer care representative kept the call on hold and disconnected. We didn't receive call back or any updates from them.
After so many calls lucky the call connected simply they said we can't do anything we will refund the money.
I have requested call back from team to book my tickets for the same cost.
Goibibo is not helpful to us.
