Recently I visited to jaipur for a weekend trip.So, I started to find the best staying option in jaipur Then goibibo helped me to find a suitable hotel. The property was well served and hygienic. “2x policy is a fraud”

Secured my travel under 2x policy but I wasn't aware that it's a total fraud. My trip was cancelled when I was on the way of railway station. I took a flight as I was having bookings for my 7-day trip. My trip costs 3500 but they refunded only 2700 instead of double amount. They gave me a voucher of 2700 with 7 days validity. How can I travel if I'm already out of town with this coupon. I raised an issue regarding same but no solution from their side. Never use Goibibo. They're fraud.

Booked a Resort room through Goibibo and immediately received a confirmation e-mail. Voila, and I was all set for the day. The resort was located around 150 kms from my place.

I reached the resort on time and was amazed seeing the location, and good crowd. In the back of my head, got a feeling it was already full. Anyways, I reached the reception and there, to my utmost bewilderment, came to know that my booking wasn't available. And that's how, in a broad daylight, the nightmare begun.

I made two booking Delhi to neemraa booking number CARPWFC8DB7Z3SH for yesterday that is 16th may instead of coming at rhe agreed time of 18.30 hours the driver calls me in the morning to say if I am coming exact at 18.30 or not I Told him if he wants to come late then he shouldn't delay beyond 7 PM the drive ddint come even at 7 PM and then I left in another can then he calls me at 7.30 PM that he has come to pick me up and I told him to get lost

As per my earlier booking I had booked one more cab booking numbeer CARPWFC8DLSTY83 neemrana-jaipur the driver was to report today at 12 PM he shamelessly arrived at 12.25 PM to add fuel to fire upon boarding the cab he told me that he has now to go for filling CNG as he has no gas I had no option and while writing this reveiw I am still at CNG station. ONE OF THE WORST EXPERIENCES All of their competitors are sure that their driver reports at least 15 minutes before the designated time

Site is good. But payment agent attached to this page is very bad...
I lot 15 grands to this website. I am not sure of refund.

Go-Ibibo did fraud to us about payment. We had bookings through Go-Ibibo Website but they didn't paid us. We have got a loss of approx 60,000 thousand rupees. We have communicated with the "Go-Ibibo" employees, named Sumit Biswas(payment Team) and Amit Bhaskar(Marketing Manager). They harassed us and told us that " GO TO THE COURT, WE DON'T GIVE THE DAMN". These all bookings done via "Go-Cash", which is a part of "Go-Ibibo". When we asked them about "Go-Cash" they told us we don't know about this. But we have vouchers from "Go-Ibibo". We have every Evidence of their FRAUD case. GO-IBIBO charged 20-30 % Commission but they don't suppose to give hotel's payment. One of their person told us that THEY HAVE NOT GIVEN ABOUT 50 LAKH PAYMENT OF MANY HOTELS.
I am a hotel honor of Hotel City Castle Amritsar, requested to everyone specially to Hotel Honours who have tie up with the "Go-Ibibo" break the tie-up with the FRAUDS("GO-Ibibo"). If You want to Continue for Tie Up Please Collect Payment before Receiving The Check-in the guests.

We are informing you about the case that guest are no-show, As per the agreement there is no any term that there will be no payment in case of guest no show. As your team gave us the information that these bookings payments are through the "GO CASH". From your website. I am informing you that i've checked the mobile app in which "GO CASH" showing. I am fully co-operated with your company. But your team asking me the guest ID's. If guest were no show how can i give you the ID's. If your "GO CASH" is about money or not money. If that is not a money how it is displaying on website without your permission. I mentally harassed by your two employees Amit Bhaskar (Marketting Manager), Sumit Biswas. I will file a another case on these two persons. Is your team's reply true? Or are you know about this. Just let me know when i gave you the full information about that agent then why don't you take any action on that agent or whatever you guys call that person, That person is fully belongs to your company. He is using your company's name.

1. How can someone get Go Cash?
2. If i prove, that person is still working through your site then how much penalty your company will pay?
3.If your employee will fraud to your company what will be the action from your company?
4. How can you stop my payment while you already had the payment from Go Cash?
5.If your company doesn't belong to Go Cash then why it is displaying on your website?

I am in tension with my loss. Reply within 24 Hours. Otherwise your company is guilty. I can't take it anymore. I am waiting for management's fair response. Then i'll go to court.
