Not sure why there are so many awful reviews here but my experience was excellent. Bought an iPad and leather case which came within 4 days of ordering. The product is great and the service was exceptional. Thank you GoGroopie.
Got my daughter a smartwatch with free earbuds for xmas by Gomoro through this website. Cannot charge it. Cannot connect earbuds to phone. Went to customer service at gogroupie in the end who said it's by usb but how? Wasnt listed like that on website. Even more useless reply. Completely going around in circles and feel like I am repeating myself and getting nowhere. Changing info all the time. Now they say I cant return cos its over the time limit! Its an xmas present! Came in crumpled boxes. Looks like it just got chucked in a bag. And to send back to China? Cost more than item itself anyway! Absolute joke. Wish I could give 0 stars.
I made an order for some items early September, to this date I have not received anything. I have been in contact with the agents who despatch items to say they have not received the voucher and that they will refund me. A week later no refund, I made contact with the agents again and they sent me contact for gogroupie support. I emailed them with a reply that the emails are not responded to and to go to the gogroupie website to make contact.
I went to the website there are drop down questions, click on one and then go to next which asks for voucher number, sadly after numerous attempts it will not let you input the voucher details thus you can progress anything.
I contacted the agents again and they have emailed gogroupie to ask them to refund the amount, as yet nothing.
Not a good advert for gogroupie, I will never order anything from them again.
They haven't arrived yet it's the 15th today thought they would come I'll make sure to write another one when they do arrive
Very slow service. Item eventually came and little or no response to my countless emails. At least it arrived, but not before I went and got the same thing somewhere else. A bit of improvement needed gogroopie.com!
