Book a tour on our website to get started. www.gogopherdinkytown.com
Go Gopher is excellent at making unkept promises. They will tell you lots of great features during the tour but then once you move in or get your lease, these things aren't included. They definitely try to get whatever they can out of college students thinking that you won't fight back. Any sort of closets or garage or storage will not be yours because they aren't in the lease and therefore they can just do whatever they'd like about it. The walls are thin and separate between rooms during the winter from the walls shrinking in the cold. You also are likely to be held responsible for things that other units or other houses have done such as front yard maintenance, garbage and recycling issues, etc.
