I waited patiently for 10 months in order to schedule the delivery, and they hired a company that doesn't do removal or installation. Now I'm having a hell of a time finding a company to it. Had I not waited so long I would have cancelled the order as soon as I found out they messed it up. Don't use these people. They're incompetent.

We ordered a bed on September 10th, 2020. We have received no updates in over a month for our product. I have reached out over 15 times the past week and customer service has simply given up on me. This is the worst company I have personally ever dealt with. They charge upfront and do not offer support or resolve your issues. Take your business elsewhere. I am out $1,000 that was stolen from me by this company. Run as fast as you can away.

I ordered a sofa with an 8-12 week lead time 11 months ago, on Sept 29 2020. Today is August 29,2021. No sofa after numerous calls. They are blaming the carrier instead of finding or shipping me another. I've been more than patient and they only keep offering a refund. I don't want a refund, want the sofa you sold me a year ago, that's I've patiently waited on. This company is a joke. Order #*******235
I don't typically write reviews, but the customer service was so poor I had to write. If I write every bit of my experience you won't read it. Basically, just remember that this place will not deliver when they say: they will not return calls: you will be on hold for more than 30 minutes before anyone speaks to you and then they get "disconnected" several times so you have to call back. The prices aren't that great and the service makes you want to run. I had to cancel my order for appliances after THREE MONTHS of waiting and lies! You have been warned!

I have called multiple times to the company service staff. Lots of promises and no follow through.
First thing, taxes charged twice - both at the line level and on the total. I called them about it and they said they would get back to me. After a month, an email saying sorry for the delay we'll get back to you and another week and nothing.
Second, I ordered and paid up front on 4/2/2021. I was told Deliver to warehouse on 5/19/2021 and delivery to use within 2 days. We are now past that window. On my account it says delivered to warehouse. When I called to ask delivery date, I was told it is not in the warehouse and maybe they will be in stock June 4. This is holding up our Certificate of occupancy required to move into our new house, because the gas company can not inspect for leaks with no stove.

I ordered a garbage disposal on June 20. Called on Friday June 24th to check the status of the order. Call was answered by "Appliance Connection", was told it would be on a truck Monday June 27. Called today June 30 was told they were waiting for the allocation department to process my credit card. I can not wait another - how long? - for the garbage disposer. I'll order it from a reputable company.
Purchased venta hood they shipped and won't pay shipping bill. I can't since it's their product and fed ex says that company hasn't paid bill so holding package. Been going on two weeks so far call everyday to be lied to again

Recently purchased a GE microwave $464.00 delivery was delayed! Finally received it and it was damaged. It's hard to believe they ship it without any protection and you are responsible for shipping and insurance! TO RETURN. POOR CUSTOMER Service FOR Returns ((((((Buyer beware))))))) I will never forget!
We got a refrigerator online along with an entire set for the kitchen. The few hundred dollars price difference is not worth it trust me. Our refrigerator we ordered in July did not get delievered until February which we were very understanding about due to everything going on.
When it arrived it did not work but we did not know until April when we plugged it in at the new house (since we ordered as soon as we started building). Now it is almost July and we have not had a working refrigerator for nearly 3 months, we have contact them, and whirlpool and after 3 service calls with 2 repair companies we are waiting on another service call which is 5 weeks out to see if replacing parts will fix it or now - the entire sealed system is broken and will not cool.
Goedekers has been no help, they have no solution and no customer service. We have ask for a refund or replacement and keep getting the run around since they are waiting for the 1 year to expire. We also did not get our rebate they advertised since we did not have the serial numbers in time to apply for the rebate cut off. Just a pain after 13+ hours with customer service and 3 days waiting around at home 6 hrs each time for a repairmen still no working refrigerator. $4K+ metal paper weight in our kitchen for months.
Buy local so you can return or talk to someone - do not buy here
I ordered a dresser and when the order was ready to be shipped noticed they had the wrong address. I tried no less than 10 times to get them to correct this. After a month, I was told I needed to pay additional shipping costs in order to receive my item because they shipped it to the wrong state. I tried to work with their customer service and ultimately had to cancel my order. I will never order anything through them again.
I ordered a wine refrigerator that was supposed to be in stock and was my credit card was charged $1,240.37 right away. I got an order confirmation but no other information. 3 weeks later, I sent numerous emails with no response. Then I called and was on hold for an hour and 20 minutes - no answer. Finally after going on a chat and waiting over 5 minutes between every response I got a comment that it is back ordered and they have no clue when it will come. They can't call the manufacturer to find out an approximate date. Trying to cancel after they floated on my money for a month and I am a month out with no information. First negative review I have written in 5 years.
I ordered a $10K fridge back in the beginning of October 2020. I have yet to receive it and they never call back or address my concerns. It was originally supposed to arrive on December 12, but the day came and went and no word. Now it is February 17 2021 and still cant get a call back or for anyone to just help me. I ordered a lot of furniture. A fabric Couch & Loveseat set; A leather sectional 3 piece plus an additional leather loveseat from the same set. The price was great, got delivered quickly. Upon delivery, the delivery people left all 6 large items, packaged in the driveway, asked to inspect the outside of the boxes. Did not want to wait for us to unpackage everything and inspect everything individually. The boxes themselves were intact and there was no visible damage. It took hours to unpackage them. One of the leather pieces-which was a loveseat, had a friction rub right on the front where the colored leather was rubbed off along with stitching; the fabric couch had what appeared to be a burn mark on the backside. The 3 piece sectional was way too big for our space. I contacted Goedekers the very next morning informing them of the 2 damaged items, and the request to return the wedge of the section (as its sold in individual pieces), and they refused to do anything saying it was signed off 'free and clear of damage'; they won't take the wedge back, and they no longer return my calls, emails, and when I call they don't help but say 'upper management is going to get back to you', its been over 2 months. This is the worst company I've ever dealt with!

The worst. Worse than Appliance Connection which Goedekers purchase. Kept calling and e-mailng them about "where is my dishwasher?", for 2 months, they kept lying and saying it came directly from Bosch. Yet, after weeks of trying to get tracking info I finally found out dishwasher was still in their warehouse. Then tried and tried to get my money back, no luck. Finally PayPal got it back in less than 24 hours. Shop local, unless you live in St. Louis.
Do not order from this company. They may deliver your product but they will not help whatsoever if you have any issues. I received a bed frame with a broken piece and haven't heard back after 3 emails, multiple calls on hold, and a month later. Not worth whatever you may be buying to deal with the stress of absolutely no customer service. What a disappointment.

We ordered a Bosch dishwasher from them on November 30,2020 and paid for it in full on December 1,2020. As of today, September 15,2021 we have no dishwasher. Despite multiple calls with them (more than monthly) I would receive reassuring news that it was just delayed and that I would hear something in x weeks. On July 12,2021 I was finally told that the product had drop shipped and I would hear something from the delivery service in 1-2 weeks. Further calls with customer service were not fruitful and finally when I called again today and was told that the product would be with the delivery company in another week (same old story), I finally told them that they were not reputable and their business model of not having inventory was leading them to lie to the customer! I cancelled the order and have ordered a different Bosch dishwasher that the Bosch site says is available. I will never order another product from this company and hopefully you will reconsider using them. Order from someone who has it in stock. It would have been better if they had just told me the truth and offered for me to order a product that was available instead of stringing me along for nine months. Bad business!
Recommended them to a family member. The stools that were ordered never showed up, and the customer service reps were rude and were openly unwilling to resolve the situation.
Apparently Goedeker's has gone down the tubes since they were bought out. Sorry I recommended them and will never shop there again.

Ordered from Goedekers May 21,2020. I didn't not receive my items until June 26 2020. The stove top I received was not the right size. I requested a return on 7/2/2020. Countless phone calls just to receive a return address for them and I finally received one on 7/24. Item received by their receiving department on 7/28. It is not 8/17/2020 and I still have yet to receive this refund! BAD BAD BAD COMPANY! Should be reported to the BBB
Terrible customer service with very poor communication & delivery service! Will never order from there again! Would call to get the status on the order & was given the run around. The delivery trucking company was horrible. AM Home Delivery would hang up on the call numerous times and the management there is horrific and will not return calls or communicate in any way. The management there and at Goedekers leaves a lot to be desired. Ordering furniture from Goedekers turned out to be a terrible experience!
If you want real reviews on Goedeker's look on yelp about them. Lots of these consumer sites or unknown review sites, they have a paid marketer who they use to pay for those reviews. Buyers beware.
I bought a drawer from them. Came completely damaged and they refused to refund and replace. It went straight to the garbage and I lost $500 as a result. They need to be reported to the attorney general. Scam of a company and the owners should be ashamed of themselves.
They charged me 4000 dollars and never shipped my item. They told me they would call me back on five occasions but never did so. I still don't have my fridge that I ordered in May (and they charged me for in May!) STAY AWAY. You'll never get your product and you'll lose hours of your life trying to get your money back.

I consider myself a reasonable person, and believe I have been generous, kind, and nice to Goedeker's despite the absolute terror they have given us... our experience with Goedekers has been absolute trash. We ordered a full suite of appliances in November of 2020, including a Washer, Dryer, Refrigerator, Range, Microwave, and Dishwasher. We were told that many of our appliances would be delivered by early January 2021. We are now halfway through June 2021, with NO APPLIANCES. We have called every week for months. Asking. Begging. Pleading for updates. We are always given the answer that the appliances are coming, and soon. We have tried to replace those appliances with others, but Goedeker's isn't really willing to help find ones that would be adequate replacements. We have been lied to repeatedly. I have called asking for any help to understand why we have been given so many false dates of when our appliances will arrive. My last call was to talk to a manager, and in typical Goedeker's fashion, like many of our calls, they have not called us back like they promised.
If you like a company taking your money for months, without any concrete answers, with terrible customer service, and delays in providing your appliances for more than 8 months, than please, please shop at Goedeker's. For any other sane individual, go LITERALLY anywhere else.
