We had an issue with our email package as we well as setting up a few other items. He was professional, thorough and friendly. We depend on the level of service to keep our websites up to date. Thanks Drew for your help and look to staying with GoDaddy for years to come.
Good god! Even something as simple as forwarding a domain is a nightmare with GoDaddy. Error message appears that something "is too long", yet it doesn't tell you what is too long. Then prepare yourself for an hour on hold...as I am right now...after being hung up on accidentally with a previous call and they didn't call back. AND I'M EVEN PRO LEVEL. For as much as they're raping for annually, you'd think that they'd have their own site functioning well enough to not have to call in to them. Yep...NOPE. Find someone else to host your domains. You've been warned.
If you've no problem with Godaddy or have something urgent and critical, they don't support you at least in the short-term. They don't care for their customers that much or let's say— for high ticket clients.
Godaddy customers service is the one of the worst services online and they must do something about it, otherwise their business model will fall apart in the long-term. Honestly and based on my personal experience for around 1 year. I joined them on 6/6/2021. My account is still active till now and I couldn't login to remove it nor I'm able to contact them.
They are still getting money from my old subscription and I don't like it all.
Just yesterday, I got the refund subscription fee for this year. That's a good omen. That proves that they care a little bit for their customers reviews online.
It's better to take care of your business reputation. And the best ways to do that is by creating high-quality products or services that solve customers' pain points and save their time.
Now I can say that GoDaddy company is in the right track to keep its position in the tech market.
The reason I'm giving it 3 stars is because— even though they have stopped my billing subscription, my account still open and cannot be or difficult to get removed based on their saying.
I've 5 years of online experience. Most platforms make it easy to delete your account. If not immediately, then it's scheduled for monthly or yearly removal.
Tip for consumers:
Godaddy platform could be great for some interested users, but for others is a disaster and disappointment. It depends on you. I don't recommend it for beginners.

Good for domain and basic services like hosting. Customer service is good if you are lucky and get a US based agent.
I started making my small business website on Go Daddy for free! OR SO I THOUGHT... What turned out to be a free dream come true, quickly turned into a nightmare for me and my small business. YOU SAID FREE! I shouldn't have to pay to build a website that is on the internet, THE INTERNET IS A FREE PLACE FOR PEOPLE. Why do they get to see my website for free and I have to pay. Psh, Go Daddy, MORE LIKE NO DADDY! Plz no daddy, no more.
Sorry but i dont like the interface - there are annoying number of ads of your own services. Also the prices shown in the order page sometimes aren't accurate.
I use godaddy to register my domain names. There was a bit of a mess when my account was registered with the wrong email address (a typo) and it was a huge hassle to resolve. However, since that was resolved I've had no problems with them - I had some queries about how to set up my account, as my website is hosted elsewhere, and they helped me work it out (if their FAQ was set up properly I wouldn't have had to ask, but at least when I did ask the online chat person could direct me to the correct page).
It is very hard to get rid of a privacy account when renewing. It is like they don't want to let you save that money or something. Not sure I understand why they have it set up like they do.
I've only used godaddy for buying domains - never for hosting, as they don't have the best reputation for that. As a place to buy a cheap domain, godaddy is usually very good - you can't beat their prices.
Unfortunately, recently their customer support denied me a domain that I wanted to purchase. They demanded to see all kinds of ID before I can buy the domain. It felt like one of these TSA security checks before you board your plane.
Godaddy is the cheapest place to buy domains, but service is not pleasant if you ever have to deal with them.
I mostly use their domain service, their hosting service have restricted features and costly and the bad things is they dont have live chat support only phone support.
I use Go Daddy for my website domain and hosting and have for a few years now. The price of the domains (provided you are not trying to buy one from someone else) is reasonable and if you want a domain that isn't available, Go Daddy will often have good suggestions for a similar one. Hosting is also good, and the site typically runs fast and loads quickly. What I don't like about Go Daddy is calling for technical support. It feels like every call takes hours ( they don't always, but feels that way). When calling you are often transferred several times and even when you find someone who is helpful, there is almost always a pushy sales pitch. It seems every single time I call, someone is always trying to convince me I need this or that. Some of the items, yes, are things that I could benefit from but often times they are trying to get me to review domains or hosting for extensive lengths of time or add various things to my account. I feel bad when I tell them no and feel pressured throughout the call to purchase the items they are telling me I need because they rare good at convincing you that you really need these things. I have gotten much better at fixing things that go wrong with my website ( they are typically my fault anyway) and rarely call Go Daddy anymore. As a result, I am happier because I get a decent service without the pressure of buying something else. I would recommend Go Daddy as a good choice for people who can follow self help topics posted on Go Daddy's website, or someone comfortable with designing and maintaining their website with minimal assistance.
I am agree with "Chuck C." 10/10 to Godaddy for notification mails and calls regarding domain expiring. But feedback calls are really annoying
Half decent, They started up with decent prices for domains. Price quickly adds on though, I personally buy from namescheap now and transfered all my domains out of them but they were very helpful when I was transfering.
Very bad customer service, terrible response time, poor level of technical staff.
Very rude and unprofessional.
VERY SAD:(
This was the best service before, hope they get it together soon.
Godaddy is one of the best domain name provider having lot of extensions. The migration was totally done professional and the tech team was really good to clear all the queries quickly.
They have great domain prices but the hosting is bad. They need to do something better than what they are doing
Not too good service they offered, recently i search a domain, after one day they took at auction, they steal my domain without any reason.
I am their client for almost 2 years but every time I need support they are not available fast. I have to wait for a long time.
