All went well no problems and the tail light arrived in good condition. I have two suggestions 1) I wish you would have sent me an email or a text message or something to let me know the product was on its way. 2) The delivery guy left the package outside the fence where anybody could have grabbed the box, I don't know if you have control over that particular problem but just a suggestion. Overall I'm very satisfied.
The site had issues that made making payment difficult. Seems sluggish and slow to respond to input. Had to log in three times to finally complete a one item transaction. Good company - glitchy website.
Good customer service but shipping needs some work as my item came in very damaged, but got refunded full amount which I applaud them for!

I ordered this item but never recieved any delivery confirmation. Until I contacted someone to cancel my order only to find out it was being delivered that day.
Product was shipped and delivered in a timely manner. I bought two headlamp assemblies for our '97 528i. Both were by DEPO. The left unit was fine and installed perfectly. The right unit had issues. The headlamp adjustment height level (glass tube with bubble) looked different from the left hand unit level and would not work. No matter how far we adjusted it up or down, the bubble never moved toward center. Also, the socket for the two filament marker/turn lamp bulb was defective. The lamp (either filament) would never light. I took one of the sockets off one of the old headlamps and replaced the new socket with that and the lamps worked perfectly. I have pictures of the box labels (they are a little different), the level tubes and the "bad" market bulb socket.

The box was badly damaged but the mirror seems intact. We will see.
The folks at Go-Parts were great to deal with, however the bumper that I ordered was shipped folded in half and the painter is trying to remove the crease now. I may have wasted my money.
Light was built with poor craftsmanship. I had to use some pieces from original headlamp. I have to do some alteration to fit.
There were no options for any expidited delivery there was only 1 option, by the time I got it I didn't need it anymore because the dealer got it for me next day. When I called to cancle they said nope sorry too late
Too late to cancle but a week later the part shows up

Some improvement needed. Price, timing, quality. Etc. Overall, good. Had some good & bad experience, but forgivable. There's high & low, in every business. Keep it up
I received my mirror however upon install one of the screws broke off as i was tightening it into place. Never should have happened. Faulty screw.
I never received my initial order, but when they reshipped it the part fit perfectly and was in perfect condition.
The parts were OK, not great. The housing that holds the blinker bulb is defective. It doesn't lock down on the bulb and the bulb came out after driving a week. If it falls out again I will need to ask for a replacement part. Also, it took a week longer than committed to receive the part. The price was good and overall the headlight fit and worked.
Though the price was great compared to other sites, I would have paid more to have the part sooner. It took over two weeks to arrive and was only two states away!
