All went well no problems and the tail light arrived in good condition. I have two suggestions 1) I wish you would have sent me an email or a text message or something to let me know the product was on its way. 2) The delivery guy left the package outside the fence where anybody could have grabbed the box, I don't know if you have control over that particular problem but just a suggestion. Overall I'm very satisfied.
I was filling out my purchase and it just fully sent through. I didn't get to select any insurance on shipping etc...
Shipping was ridiculous expensive! $18 and took like 6 days... only reason used your co was because it was hard to find tiny $10 dollar part...will not be back if shipping is yet an issue
Shipping was $25.00 and the part was only $18! Which is really not an issue, but other services offer better updates on the shipment and for $25.00, you would think from Ca. To Co. We'd be talking 3 days.

I emailed Go-Parts regarding non-delivery. Heard nothing in return
Two parts ordered, one part delivered promptly. One email inquiry re: part #2 went unanswered. 2 phone calls, days apart, a live human@ Go-Parts promised to call us same day w/ "status". Call never came.
This is a business truck and can't be operated on Indiana roads w/o a headlight. We have to get it back in service. Bottom line: ordered the part elsewhere and via email asked Go-Parts cancel the headlight part of the order and to credit our card for that part.
Will report on the "credit" at a later date.
Can never talk to a person... leave message and no return call... still waiting on my other cooling fan... they get money the same or next day from our bank... and part may arrive after a week or maybe two... As much as they charge for shipping I would think the part would get here sooner.
I was not given the option of expedited delivery, consequently I had to delay an important trip for 7 days waiting for my shipment to come via surface from North Carolina. I was very upset at this delay and it may affect my buying decision the next time. It appears there is a needed change to your ordering system to allow for a choice of shipment methods.
I ordered two parts on Monday evening, one of which I desperately needed. The price was great, and it said that if in stock it typically ships same business day, so I figured it would ship out on Tuesday. On Thursday, I checked and no shipping or tracking information. I called and had to leave a message. I did not get a return call, but I checked on Friday, and they finally shipped the part. I probably still won't get it until early next week, which is a huge inconvenience. I needed it repaired by Monday, and that isn't going to happen now. After this experience, I would rather pay a little more to get my parts quicker.
I ordered two parts. I was charged for both and shipping for both but only one shipped. I would not have a problem with that so quickly but you CANNOT get in touch with anyone in this company. They have not responded to emails, the phone number always indicates that it is outside of business hours, and the online chat I just got blown off saying both parts where in the order although the email they sent me indicated it was only one of the parts. Prices are good but not worth the hassle as I now have to contact Visa and dispute the charges and then order my second part from another provider.

I guess order only one part at the time.
I had a hard time getting a return label to send back wrong part finely got it sent off for credit back to visa have not received that on my visa don't understand hold up!
They confirmed my order then took three weeks to email me that they did not have my part and then I had to settle for a different style so basically a bait and switch
To long to deliver parts. Unable to contact on phone line. Parts damaged when delivered. Still another 10 days to replace broken parts.
While the site was easy to use, and the part easy to order and came quickly - we were sent a different part that did not work with our vehicle - it was easy enough to send it back and get our credit (however shopping was not covered).
Got recording when I called customer service. Did not have my calls returned. I also have not been credited for returned part.
Was told the parts were shipped on Tuesday, when according to shipping information they were not shipped till friday
