I was s bit in disbelief the whole time thinking that this was too good to be true. I got twice what I would have gotten selling through Gazelle. Selling my phone was very easy and any questions that I had were answered promptly By a sales representative via email. My only issue was that the process took about a week longer than I thought it would. Other than that I would definitely use this site again the next time I need to sell any of my technology.

Very slow service do not use if you want a speedy sale. Buyer initiated a return the day they got my phone but had it for 10 days before they shipped it back. Contacted customer support twice asking why it taking so long. I was told to give they buyer time to ship back. Including shipping time I was without my phone and did not receive payment for two weeks. I would not recommend using this service.
I sold a phone and wanted to have my money deposited into my checking account. Glyde couldn't recognize my routing number. I tried my savings account routing number -- didn't work. I emailed customer service. Chelsea replied that her best guess would be to double-check my routing number (that I am copying directly from my banking webpage). I replied that my routing numbers are not incorrect and to please ask someone else for a better guess, to which she replied that I need to check my bank. Just give me my six dollars, please.
I sold a phone with Glyde, sent it to the buyer with a protective case and books for the phone. They decided not to buy it so it was returned. When I received it back it was missing the cover and the books plus they put large stickers on the front and back of the phone. This upset me when I tried peeling the labels off and they wouldn't come off. I wrote a nasty letter to Glyde and told them I wasn't going to deal with a company that had customers like that. I promptly received an email back from Abigail who took care of everything. Plus they removed the previous buyer and won't sell to them again! Now that's someone who's got your back! Thank Glyde and especially Abigail!

Okay I ordered an iphone 4, but it said that my account was being put on hold and it won't even tell me why! First it said it had be successful (my payment) now its saying that its unsuccessful. It won't let me even log back into my account. Someone help me.
I purchased an Iphone 6, Space Gray yesterday around 4pm and the phone should be here around the 30 of October.
My bank account was charged $363.4, but when I look at the transaction tab on your website it says that I made no purchases at all.
If that doesn't change I would like a refund of my money ASAP.
You may be able to get a few more bucks on eBay or Craigslist. But if you value your time and want a hassle free transaction, Glyde was a winner!
Answer: Glyde is a great companyi did have a bad experence with a purchase but glyde sent out a return label on them and i was credited really quick. When dealing with companies on the internet i use my amazon or my paypal so that way its not hlding up my personal account. At any rate my issue was the person that sold me the phone had sent me a phone that was originally a sprint phone but flashed to cricket carrier when i tried to switch it to sprint they werent able to program the phone and i was already a customer only they couldnt figure out why. When we were programming the phone it showed the name cricket as we completed a reset of the system. So most people these days they jailbreak phones or flash maybe another work at any rate your covered regardless but i would recommend
