I have ordered here so many things but unfortunately 90% products under below avarage or dispute product. Even refund also not easy here. Every return they r telling for charge back in bank. Not a single ecommerce co I found this type like glow road. 3rd class co and customer care executives also same

Seems scam.

They dont have any control over order received, order dispatched, what customer returns. Recently we registered as a supplier.

Dispatched two order of tricycle with 3600 rs value each. Customer returned a little toy worth not more than 50 rs. Sent a mail to supplier support. They have prototype reply each time.

We provided very decent video for the product we received wrongly from customer. But they are not entertaining.

Really pathetic. Think twice before joining glowroad as a supplier and never place order over glowroad.com

Worst app, never place prepaid orders, prepaid orders are never delivered. It happened with my wife twice, she placed prepaid order and it is marked delivered when it was actually not. There was no call made by the delivery executive. I request you all to uninstall this app. This is a big fraud

I ordered D20 bluetooth smart watch. They sent me not working watch and the order is not returnable also.
When i contact customer care they said that the product was not returnable we don't take return.
