Order frames in February 2021 still didn't get them now it's August! I've been beyond patient I finally put my foot down and demanded a refund, instead of complying they keep giving me bs just give me a refund! Don't order you won't get your glasses! Keep in mind people I waited 6 months! No glasses

Order frames in February 2021 still didn't get them now it's August! I'm not sure if this site is legit. Do not trust them. They keep feeding me with some BS excuses on my email inquiries about my order. Indeed, a lesson learned ~ always read the reviews before you purchase online.

I ordered frames over 5 weeks ago. I was charged and have never received my frames. I have been calling them for over 5 weeks. Not once have they answered the phone or returned a call. I also email them daily about the purchase. I receive no email response, although weeks ago I did receive an email. The past week and a half, no response. They are a terrible company and I will never order from them and will do all I can so that no one else orders from them.

I ORDERED GLASSES BACK IN APRIL 2,2022. PAID AND HAVE NOT RECEIVED THEM. I CONTACTED GLASSESETC., THEY SEND A BOGUS USPS TRACKING NUMBER WITH THE PACKAGE GOING TO REPEAT FACILITIES. FROM UTAH TO MEMPHIS AND BACK IN UTAH NOW. I LIVE CLOSER TO MEMPHIS AND ITS BACK IN UTAH---SERIOUSLY, FAKE AND THIS IS A TRUE REVIEW. SO BUYER BEWARE-THEY SNATCH YOUR MONEY DON'T ANSWER PHONE CALLS. DISPUTING NOW :(

BEWARE! Looking for a cheaper price? Don't look here. They are all about holding your money - never filling your original order. Then they spend all their effort to get you to order something they have in stock. They are all about applying the old Bait and Switch tactic. Reported to my Visa Bank. Good luck if you ordered something from them.

In years past I have had no issues with Glassesetc.com but I have been waiting since October 2019 for them to either send me the glasses I ordered of refund the money I paid. As of today, January 29th, 2020, I have received neither. I filed a BBB complaint 3 weeks ago so we'll see what happens. Needless to say I will never shop with them again.

Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. The discount is not worth your time in frustration! If you need help you are only able to get a hold of online chat and all they can do is put in requests to managers who don't exist.

This site may be ok if you're just ordering frames but DO NOT ALLOW THEM TO ADD YOUR PRESCRIPTION FOR THE LENS. I gave them 3 chances to get it right and 6 months later it is still wrong. Never again. Smh

I wish I had purchased my frames elsewhere-- it took them 10 days yo even mail them. I didn't get prescription lenses, I just ordered frames. When I received an email from them saying "we will ship your order in 3 to 5 business days", that was already several days after I made the purchase. When I enquired as to When it was taking this long (side note: nowhere on their website does it say 10+ business days for order processing before shipping), here is their snarky response, and I quote: "well, we aren't Amazon".
Just wow. How unprofessional. Next time I need frames I am 100% willing to pay a little more just as to not give them my business. Their customer service is unnecessarily rude.
It took about 2 weeks to receive my order of 1 pair of frames.

I think they just take the orders and skim the money that people do not fight them for. Over a month and my glasses have not even shipped yet according to their own tracking app that I had to pay. 98 cents for. Maybe that is their scam. I could easily forget to get that. 98 back.

Don't buy anything from GlassesEtc.
Its a fraud company.
They will take your money and not deliver the order and will not return your money. Thry don't answer the phone.
Please pleas don't buy anything

They didn't inform me that the frames for my prescription glasses were out of stock. They refused to apologize for their mistake and instead apologized that I was upset about it (which is not an apology). The website quotes 5-7 days shopping when you order but you have to go to the shopping page to see that there's another week or 2 for prescription glasses so your left waiting up to 3 weeks. Customer service was rude and unhelpful and rather than accept responsibility told me I was free to cancel my orde if I wanted to. I will never use this company again. Terrible.

I ordered glasses and then never got a confirmation. When I inquired about the order and proved that I was charged on my Visa, they suddenly stopped replying to emails, calls and Facebook messages. Their customer services representatives are never available - the only option is voicemail, which is always unreturned. THEY ARE THE WORST!

Charged my card in full and promised 15 weeks for getting my glasses ready. It's been 6 weeks and they would not reply to my emails or voice messages. Clearly they have no place in business is the United States. For those who have same experience I suggest to file a complaint with FTC. https://www.ftc.gov/faq/consumer-protection/submit-consumer-complaint-ftc

I ordered a pair of sunglasses from here for an upcoming trip, upgraded shipping in order to receive them before I left.

Package never showed on the day expected. When I called they let me know there's a standard 3-5 processing time before any item ships.

This was not made clear on the website. Basically with upgraded shipping and the weekends, it will be 2 weeks before I see my purchase... geez guys.

Stick with Amazon and other reliable retailers for your glasses' needs.

It's a scam plain and simple. Do not purchase from them... when they didn't provide a tracking number weeks after the order that was a red flag.

I ordered a pair of Dolce & Gabbana in July 29th. I called a week later to check the status and they said I'd would receive it in a fee days. I waited another week and they said that it was in back order and this would take about 3 weeks for me to receive it. Today they said it still in back order so I cancelled the order. That's ridiculous they don't honor what they advertise. If they don't have the product it should never be available on the website. I do not recommend at all

Placed an order for frames and reading lenses on 9/23. I repeatedly requested that the order be expedited. Customer service told me in writing that I would absolutely have the order by 10/4. On 10/7, after not receiving the order, customer service told me I would receive the order by 10/11. I immediately asked for a refund. The customer service representative refused to supply a refund and and though they never shipped me ANYTHING told me there was "no one in the company with the authority to provide refunds." I am out $ 240 + the money paid to a reputable company to order the glasses I need. Horrible, horrible people.

The website advertised 5-7 days shipping. I placed an order and never received an notification for more then 2 was, when I called them 2 1/2 wk later to inquire I was informed the glasses were on backorder that they were going to receive it this current week. The rep did not even apologize! I have yet to receive it. I do not recommend this site, it's worth it to pay the extra few bucks to buy somewhere else.

I ordered a pair of glasses on March 3,2018 and paid $647.68. It is July 17,2019 and I have never received my glasses nor have I received the refund that I have repeatedly requested. Complaints with the BBB and the New York Attorney General have been filed. Kevin Marks, Manager, wrote to me and stated he would make this right for me. I have called, emailed, sent IMs on their Facebook page (now offline) and have received no response, no glasses, no refund. I will be exercising my next option which is to sue Glassesetc.com. If you have had a problem with them and are out money, contact me and join my lawsuit at *******@gmail.com.

I placed an order on May 11th and have tried to email and call their help line with no follow up. Their helpline keeps saying their customer service rep is busy and then the line disconnects.
