Very unsatisfactory experience with this site. They charged my card immediatley, then after my product did not arrive 2.5 weeks after purchase, I contacted the store via email. A guy named Steven responded that the glasses I ordered and paid for were no longer in stock but that I was welcome to pick something else. I responded but never heard back. Needless to say that was over a week ago and I am doubtful that I will even receive a refund. I have been duped.

DO NOT under any circumstances use this site. they have absolutely no intention of fulfilling your order.
It is not sure if this company even exists. I call several times looking at a pair of glass available web. No one there to take a call and left messages no one ever returned the call. This is the begining but what would happen after order is a risk.

I didn't get my frames but I did get my refund right away. I ordered a pair of frames from glassesdestination.com. The order said "preparation in progress" after a week, so I contacted them asking why this was the status when the site said in stock. I didn't get an answer the first two times. Then they said that the one pair of frames they had were damaged and they had sent for another pair. Perhaps if they had responded to the first email I would have waited.
Regretfully for them, it took me three times to get a response, and after going through a bad time with another site and reading reviews by people who had gotten this response and then never heard from someone again, I asked for them to cancel the order for these reasons.
I was very happy to see that my refund came through right away since this is not the same that can be said for the other site.
