This is the BEST eyeglasses website ever! This is now the third pair of glasses I've ordered from them and I can't believe their prices. I just saw the eye doctor and the prescription she gave me didn't have a PD so I called them (it's ten at nite) and they walked me through how to measure it - how can they have these great prices and this level of customer service? Unbelievable - they are simply the best BUY FROM THESE GUYS!
I tried to order some glasses online instead of in store, because Covid. I asked them to bill my insurance like I have done in the Image optometry many times before and got back a rude reply that my insurance is only exams (its not) and that "maybe you should call your insurance provider to discuss your options" I have had the same provider for YEARS and used it for glasses AND exams. I know my "options" It was rude and unnecessary. I can fully understand if he was unable to talk to the location directly, he could have said so. There is No customer service email and no contact information aside from a 1-800 number. Seems silly to throw away sales during a pandemic when online shopping should be made easier not harder.

I've provided my initial fee and now they ghosted me. Not happy at all. I've called many times with no response. Very frustrated.
After getting rude attitude from the girl on the phone I asked to speak with the manager. Well, now I now where the girl got the attitude from. Guess they teach that at the store. Worst customer service I've ever encounter at a very busy business. Guildford, Surrey location Go somewhere else

Already bought three pairs of glasses and my contacts from this company, I challenge anyone to find better prices or service anywhere!
