We spend an unforgettable time in Thailand. Thank to Glanzu and their guides. This was a trip of a lifetime and we were so happy to have this tour operator plan it for us. Meg, our Thailand travel agent, was very professional and made great recommendations for both accommodations and activities. She worked out every detail so we didn't have to worry about a thing. Everything went smoothly and we were able to enjoy every second of our adventure abroad.

The most memorable places we visited in Thailand are: The highlights for us were visiting Baanchang Elephant Park outside of Chiang Mai, seeing Ang Thong National Marine Park by speedboat, and learning traditional Thai cooking techniques at the cooking school in Koh Samui. Great trip! Great experience! Glanzu agent was awesome! Very easy to work with, prompt responses, and he listened to everything we had to say. Our itinerary was perfect and I would highly recommend this travel agent if you ever plan on traveling to Thailand.

We wouldn't change anything about the trip! Everything we saw and did was perfect, I wouldn't have changed our honeymoon trip at all! Glanzu travel company did a great job. The pre-trip interaction was perfect and they made adjustments based on our needs. What was outlined in their documentation provided was delivered and more. I would used them again without hesitation. I already recommend them to others. We liked the day we spent with the elephants and the great food in Thailand.

My friend advised to order everything at Glanzu - a wonderful service. At the airport of Thailand, upon arrival, all transit tourists were met by company employees and escorted for check-in for the next flight. I want to say that there was no confusion, inconsistency, everything is simple and clear. Perhaps my favorite part though was relaxing in the beautiful city of Phuket. Our respect, TwinPalms was incredible and definitely the most peaceful place I have ever been. The beaches there were beautiful and people were extremely friendly.

He was professional, thorough, and accommodating in designing our customized journey. From our initial phone conversation to the extensive emails I sent, our trip evolved over 6 months of planning. We had a wonderful 2 weeks in Thailand (Phuket & Bangkok). We traveled with Glanzu agency, they offered us two nice and friendly guides who made our trip unforgettable and amazing. At each destination, we were greeted with ease at the airport by our guides and stayed at beautiful hotels. We were able to see the sights at our own pace and customize each day as desired upon arrival. We were glad we had a chance to see so many different places in such a short amount of time, and look forward to exploring each country in more depth one day.

Glanzu travel agency was spectacular! We don't normally organize everything before we travel to a place, but we knew so little about Thailand we thought we would give it a try. The company is amazing! It arranges pick up and travel to airport, one on one guides on the day excursion's you choose. The guides were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The lunches arranged on the day excursions were also fabulous. Everything is prepaid for and you don't have to worry about a thing. The hotels chosen were fabulous.

Well, my girlfriend and I went to Thailand several months ago. We chose Glanzu as our travel agency and I must say, they are really great solution for travelers. I want to express my gratitude to Glanzu for organizing the tour and the services provided, for your responsiveness and efficiency and for your attention to us! Shopping lots of great shopping opportunities and we bought many interesting things for the house. Its good to have local currency for small purchases. We loved the shopping at Chatuchak market, floating market and the malls MBK and Siam Paragon. We got a lot of fun and became infected with positive emotions - Thanks to Glanzu for everything!

I always used British travel websites to book my hotels but its quite expensive. So, I google for other travel agencies and found glanzu - their pricing impressed me, so I chose their service. They offer all you need for travelling in Thailand like transfers, excursions, flights, breakfast, etc. I booked a room at Nantra Silom Hotel - recommended... I am totally impressed by the service, clean rooms, friendly people. My trip to Thailand was unforgettable. Thanks Glanzu!

This tour operator ( Glanzu) did an amazing job planning our trip and even better job executing! We saw so many things that we would have missed otherwise! We absolutely loved going to the Patara Elephant farm! That was amazing! We also loved seeing how different the different parts of Thailand could be. The buffet lunches were not really what we had hoped for. The buffets offered a lot of Western food, though for us, we were looking more for the local eats. If we could, I would see if we could have the option to choose our dishes, rather than go to buffets.

We always have traveled on our own, but we knew that we needed assistance with this trip, and Glanzu travel company executed flawlessly. A guide and driver promptly met us at each airport, Hanoi, Danang, Ho Chi Minh City, Siem Reap, and Chiang Mai.The only problem arose when Bangkok Air delayed our flight form Chiang Mai to Bangkok by more than three hours and did not provide either those on the flight or the arrival airport of the new arrival time. I called this travel company and was told that, because the guide could not be reached, we should just take a taxi, and we would be reimbursed.

It was not difficult for me, I learned to prepare myself beforehand in my sleep and food schedule. Silence and loneliness are my old friends. Regarding the choice of location, two more lived in my head, both in the north of Thailand. My friend advised to order everything at Glanzu - a wonderful service. I liked everything about that trip to Thailand! The bus was quite comfortable, which surprised us, it was hot meals during one of the stops. It was hot food (rice with shrimps) from the 7-eleven Thai grocery chain. In Tae, it is very popular and is in demand among both locals and tourists.

The travel planners did a wonderful job creating a customized trip for my husband and me. Glanzu team were very communicative and thoughtful throughout the planning process and gave fantastic suggestions of things to include in our itinerary to create the right experience for us. I really appreciated the level of detail included on our itinerary, as well as the information the travel planner provided on tipping in each country we would visit and key phrases to learn. Questions were answered very promptly via email and responses were very helpful. Thailand is a very good countru with so many wonderful places to see. When we did have a hiccup on the trip itself, glanzu travel planner replied very quickly to my questions and event sent us a bottle of wine to the hotel. Would definitely recommend working with the travel team!

Well, I liked my journey to Thailand. Cool experience. I had a seemingly slight injury while ziplining, which the next day was obviously infected, hence the ER visit. The COO of Glanzu used by these Thailand travel specialists, Ian, came to my hotel the next day We stayed at Chivapuri Beach Resort Hotel - 5 out of 5 stars - I like everything about this hotel: rooms, staff, food, politeness. He wanted to know how this happened, and how they could improve things, so that it wouldn't happened to someone else. I was very impressed with him. The ziplining was a blast, I would definitely do it again. The rangers were great, and everything was very safe.

Really great service and all of the guides were prompt, friendly and helpful - Glanzu is a great travel service. The only issue on our trip was that the bike tour we booked was changed to a different tour which was much longer and more challenging than what we were expecting. It was also rescheduled to a different day which changed the order of our activities/excursions and we didn't find out until the day before - not a huge deal. Thailand is a really cool country. The most memorable resort was the Elephant Camp - the surroundings, hotel/accommodations, food and service was beyond exceptional... not to mention experiencing the elephants.

We requested a Thai trip and indicated the types of activities we enjoy (biking, kayaking, etc.) and our travel company (glanzu) came back with good recommendations. The pace of the trip was what we expected and suitable to our energy level and travel style.Our travel company arranged for local tour guides in Siem Reap, Cambodia, and Bangkok, and both were exceptional. They accompanied us through all of our activities and provided information on local sites and culture that we could not have gleaned from a guidebook. Our tour also included all transportation to/from airports as well as locally, and this proved to be convenient and comfortable as well. Many thanks from all of us, well done, glanzu!

The whole trip experience was wonderful! We loved visiting the elephant sanctuary and hanging out with the elephants. The beaches were beautiful beyond imagination! The hotel in Bangkok and the resort at the beach was beautiful and so welcoming! We also spent Christmas Day on a tour around Bangkok with the best tour guide! We had a blast seeing eveything and eating so much delicious foods! Glanzu is our travel agency - we are happy we had chosen them. We wouldn't change anything about the trip! Everything we saw and did was perfect, I wouldn't have changed our honeymoon trip at all!

We are really happy to deal with Glanzu agency and go to Thailand. Tours the original tours planned had more temples in the program. After a couple, we decided to improvise and change things up which our local guides helped with a lot. We added an Elephant camp tour at the last minute this turned out to be the highlight of the entire trip for our kids (and us!). I did not know that Elephants can paint and seeing the Elephants paint some great pictures is an experience we will never forget! For the temples, there is a dress code our guides helped us buy elephant pants where needed so we could go in. The Doi Suthep temple in Chiang Mai is a must see you need to climb 300+ steps to get to the top stunning temple and great views of Chiang Mai city. We loved the boat rides the long tail boat ride in Thonburi and near the Damnoen Saduak Floating Market were super fun! Lots of history if you like that, the Ayutthaya day trip is worth it. The Jim Thompson house in Bangkok is a short tour but very interesting and well worth it.
