Horrible service! They never respond to emails, although on the website they state that they are "happy to hear from you" and will "respond within 1-2 business days". I never received the item I ordered and I'm currently filing a claim with Paypal to get my money back. Don't shop with this company!

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE! It is all a scam, and the Ugg products are fake. On top of this, they have ridiculous loop holes in their return policy. Don't fall for it...
