They sent a proof for us to review and approve before shipping, which gave us the peace of mind that we were getting exactly what we wanted. I deeply appreciated their level of service.
I bought an urn from here 4 years ago when my first cat died. His sister died recently and it was so important to me that they have matching urns. Well the company discontinued it and it was no longer available. After explaining my situation to customer service, I was put on hold while they went far and wide to search their leftover inventory. They found one and arranged the order for me. Was over and beyond and I can't tell you how much I appreciate it.

We didn't really know what to expect with a "biodegradable urn" but it is beautiful and nice enough to display at the Celebration of life for my Dad. The website was easy to negotiate and the shipping was very quick. I had made a phone call to customer service to ask about the timing to be sure we would have it on time and it arrived even ealier than we first expected and the customer service person was very nice and helpful. A very nice company. They do sell on Amazon as well but I opted to go directly thru the company itself. Thankyou Perfect Memorials...

I received my urns within 4-5 days as it says. I love them, the color and design is beautiful and they are very substantial in weight. I'm very happy with my purchase and would highly recommend them.
I have never been so appalled at a business. I called to speak with someone about prearranging the purchase of a casket in order to same my family some hassle. Instead of listening and answering my questions, he said "I don't have a half and hour to listen to your story." I then asked him about rearrangements, and he said "what online company do you know that will be around in 10 years from now." Let me tell you, with that kind of attitude, NOT YOU! I am a retired veteran, and this guy is worthless. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. HE DOESN'T CARE ABOUT YOU, YOUR FAMILY, OR ANYTHING. A funeral is rough enough to deal with without having and UNCARING, WORTHLESS OWNER OR REPRESENTATIVE TO DEAL WITH. BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE AND CLOSE HIS BUSINESS DOWN!
PLEASE DO NOT take your loved ones to this place! Absolutely Disgusting, the owner Brent and his employees. Treated horribly within hours of a death in the family. So bad, we had to have our deceased loved one transferred to Adams- Brown Funeral Home. We were laughed at, screamed at, told by Thomas Carol to find a daughter that has never been found, and to figure it out! On top of that, charged $195.00 for taking our loved one three miles. My husband (Navy Officer) spoke with the owner, and Brent said that due to our experience and how badly we were treated, not to worry about the transport fee. The next day, he was rude, made excuses for the yelling, obnoxious man and asked for the $195. You can not get any worse than this place! Especially at a time like this, people should be treated with dignity and respect. This horrible business doesn't even come close! They only care about money, not families that are suffering in the worst possible way.

We spoke to a representative at Best Price caskets. He was the rudest customer service person I've ever spoke to. He literally called me stupid and asked me how I could so slow. Their prices aren't the lowest as they say. Infact after delivery they were more than buying from Titan directly. Don't give this jerk your business. He's the last person you'll want to speak to while grieving. What an ugly individual.

If you a week behind on payment they delete your site and try to make you upgrade for a year. Ridiculous when there are other sites that is free

If you subscribe to a Monthly or Annual plan and choose not to renew your subscription, the memorial will be locked at the end of the paid period. However, all the content will remain on the memorial website. We do not delete our users' memorials, and they always have the option to restore their memorial or contact our support team to revert a Premium memorial to the Free plan.
