I ordered 2 crystal mugs a Christmas presents, they were not crystal, but cheap painted plastic. When I asked to return them, they first provided a 20% discount and once I refused, they provided a shipping address in China, even though it was shipped from the US.
I ordered what they described as an authentic hand cut mineral crystal coffee mug. What I received was a plastic cup, which looked like it was painted by a child. When I asked for a refund I was told I had to pay shipping to send it to China, even though the return address on the box I received it in said it came from California.
This company is dishonest, beware. I ordered 2 different mugs; they sent 2 of the same kind and said I can return the one I don't want but would have to pay shipping to China. They won' t answer my phone calls or emails and have refused to send the correct one I ordered or issue a credit. They think nothing of their customers and as I said they are DISHONEST. BEWARE.
I bought two coffee cups that are supposed to be stone on outside. Whe I received them, they are plastic and very small. If I want to return, I have to pay return shipping to China.
