I ordered my husband a personalized throw for father's day and he loves it, also a few months before that I purchased a pan set that came with a set of 5 glass bowls which were broken upon arrival I contacted customer service and the agent I forgot her name sent me a replacement set I love these bowls. Never been dissatisfied with a purchase and thanks to them my credit is rising as well.

I have been with them for a while now! I wanted to order something an they sent me a letter saying I had to make a down payment for them to send it, i had the credit available, but they still wanted a down payment out of the blue! This has never happened before! So even though it says on my account page I have plenty of credit, they still want a down payment! This comply is a joke an a bunch of liars! They just are some fly by nite company that wants to rip people off! Going to file complaints with the bbb, ftc also! False advertising! Bad company!

I only gave yall 3 stars cause my gma likes yall but me, nah yall are rude and hung up 3 times on me. I was calling to let yall know yall didn't give my gma all of her parts and the lady got her information and hung up on me then I called back done it again and I called back and she done the same thing. Yall have some rude people as yalls agents. She will not order anymore from yall! Her order wasnt all there and then yall be rude like that with an elderly?

Tip for consumers:
Yea, give me a call back since yall keep hanging up on me! Message My Email and I'll give yall my phone number! Until then I will not take my reviews down!

Also I'm a Male I dont need to select anything except 2 fenders I'm not that complicated! Either Male Or Female. Idk why yall even have Other on there! I'm not a Cat Dog or Coyote!

I had bought several stuff from this place and have always made my payments I even signed up for they were to be taken out of my account monthly but in June Jenny's never made that attempt to take out my payment and then July team and they took it out then asked me if I was going to pay for June and I said I was on all night payments and then they charge me a late fee yeah I don't think so Jennings I'm not paying that late fee y'all don't buy from this company they charge you a late fee even when they refused to take it out for that month I don't know what planet you're on but not on Earth I'd rather go someplace where they acknowledge get my payment also I had almost $3,000 worth of credit with this company they stash in half when I didn't buy from them the next month know what is that now my credit over limit because they dropped it I'm not buying from you ever again I'm paying this company often don't have no plans to ever buy again from t h e m dissatisfied and I don't know about the customer service cuz I've ever talked to t h e m by phone thank you

I have had a Ginny's account for a little over 2 year's. I have a credit inquiry on my credit report even though I was pre qualified. I have paid off my purchases twice and am currently on my third payoff. Nothing has been reported to the credit bureaus for 100% on time payments, but a inquiry can be reported? I like shopping through this company but this is ridiculous!

Second update. After filing a complaint with the BBB. And 2 years AFTER my first dispute, FINALLY there was no way my proof wouldn't be seen and examined carefully and I did get a response to my complaint and my account went from 2 late payments to perfect payment history. Also I wanted to add that it wasn't just that the payments were listed as late, the idiot credit specialist that started the problem had a different account number then what I was given from day 1. I was too interested in the fact that I knew my payments weren't late and harped more on why was every other payment posted correctly and ahead of time except the 2 they claimed they didn't receive. 1st update since I am still paying these ppl off, just wanted to add that as of today, they still have not acknowledged or posted my payment for this month (payment due 4/20) and my bank sends payment electronically and payment arrived on the 12th according to my bank. They received last month's payment and posted it correctly, but as of today they claim they haven't gotten it. They only accept faxes or regular mail, not emails with screen shots. Only company I know of that isn't in this century. I opened this account as a way to build my credit back up. At first everything was fine. Then in Nov and Dec of 2020, the payments that I made, the way I had been making them, were not applied to my account. The only reason I gave 2 * is because their customer service ppl are nice. Credit Department is rude,, and even though you Prove by bank statements etc that you did in fact pay, they REFUSE to admit or fix their mistake. They ruined my credit, it's worse now than when i started. The faxes I sent at the beginning of the year? 5 in total. They never got. So they say even though I have confirmation. I paid on my account thru them for Jan and Feb but it takes 5 to 7 days for them to process the payment. I will say it again. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BUY OR ACCEPT CREDIT FROM THIS COMPANY!

DO NOT apply for credit.. pay the bill when you purchase the items

I had account with this company and for the most part Ok. They are a little high on items. Also I don't care how low you bill gets they still want the same payment amount. I find that to be strange it should reduce with bill. Don't you think
